The reason they freak me out is that they're so different from everything else. Most enemies are infected, so they have humanoid shapes, the hunters just look goofy, and then the blobs are freaky lumps with fangs that slowly slither around and can swallow you in one bite.
Probably due to their knowing that Morgan Lansdale was the true villain. Veltro was basically killed by Morgan. But, they only got that far because of Morgan. Norman was also suffering so hard, that he mistook the BSAA for the FBC.
Never played this RE game but I do enjoyed this cut scenes movie about. The ending made me gasp because in RE8 you had BIO BSAA agents. Is this red ooze virus the birth for these bio bsaa agents??
The mutations in this really remind me of the Enhanced C-virus and how Piers' mutations manifested. I wonder if the T-Abyss was used to make parts of the Enhanced C-virus 🤔

We know that Resident Evil Revelations 1 takes place prior to Resident Evil 5 because one of the end scenes of Resident Evil Revelations 1 shows Chris and Jill barging into the Spencer mansion, i.e. the events of the Lost In Nightmares scenario where Jill sacrifices herself to save Chris who then thinks she died before he rescues her in Africa from Wesker’s clutches.

Those blobs with teeth are one of the few monsters in RE that genuinely creep me out.

I love this opening. The boat drifting at sea. Jill reflecting on her gun. Jill walking out looking at the huge ship. It's somber yet beautiful.
