Good player but depends on how they want to use him. I could see all three WRs playing all three spots based on scenario and Franklin is a guy who can stretch the defense. Big issue is if he can beat press coverage.
Me. THEY say patients is the virtue.

Yes, he can take up blocker to free Simmons and nobody is going to run against us up the middle. Main issue with Sweat is between his ears which includes work ethic. He is a guy who can get his weight in control can be a steal in 4th round. He can rush the passer enough to help.

If we don't trade the 38 pick and actually pick WR? So, we wait till 108 to address the defense? Good gosh. I do like Sweat in round 4.
Talking about positions of need that no one talks about, Nick Folk did a great job for us last year but soon we’re gonna have to replace him. Reliable kicking is why we even won as many games as we did last season. I know it’s kind of a hot take to take a kicker earlier than the 6th or 7th round but if it means getting the best kicker in the draft and having stability at that position for years to come, it would be well worth at least a 4th to me.
No way we use a 4th on a kicker. We stashed Cade York, a strong legged kicker on the PS last year. Coming out he was one of the best Ks in his draft class. Not sure if they get him back but they will find another promising if not him again this year. Assurance if Folk gets hurt and having a guy like that on the PS means you see him kick every practice and can be ready to sign him when Folk decides to retire. If we use a pick on a K it will be the 7th round.
@@mikegustafson58 so this guy is good enough that we don’t need to worry about a kicker but not good enough to replace a damn near 40 year old Folk? We had York on the roster before Folk (after he was cut by the Browns), and we still gave up draft compensation for Folk afterwards. Not exactly the best vote of confidence. All I’m saying is without Folks reliability we wouldn’t have won 7 games we probably wouldn’t have won 5 and I guarantee if you asked Brady if Gostkowski was worth a 4th he wouldn’t blink. Last year was the first year since I’ve been a fan that we’ve had reliable kicking and it’s been nice setting up for a 40 yard field goal and not having to worry about whether or not it’s going through. It would just be nice to see that continue.
@@landonrutherford5466 Not sure what you are talking about. Drafted kickers do not have a great track record and statistically do no better. The fact Ran kept a kicker on the PS was obviously because he liked him AND not knowing if Folk would play this year he could have a year of evidence to make a decision.

The type of positions of need is RB along with CB including TE
Need a solid TE and ILB as well. The middle of the D is vulnerable right now so is the edge
@@user-wq8xl6vl1f Really? How about S and LB? Getting those positions late might not get us what we need. Apparently, the host thinks Molden is a legit S. or that Murray sucks and with Gibbons neither can cover.
