Classic footage and commentary. Most enjoyable especially the autotests. I loved driving in them and actually got a FTD once... No idea how, I suspect the timing wasn't working properly 😉
This British Racing is all rather Cricket to my mind, and I love it. I marvel at the exquisite cars and wonder if they still exist. Thanks again for your great video. 🎩🇺🇸🎩
More cracking footage. Absolutely wonderful! Now we're getting into my era and I spy the late Dick Crossthwaite of Crossthwaite and Gardner just pushing a tyre. Spotted at 14:28
How lovely to see and remember the "old" pits at Siverstone ! Happy days , when I raced a Ginetta G4 in MG car club meetings there. I felt 10 feet tall to be on the tarmac.
So glad it brings back good memories. Dad would be chuffed his films are still appreciated and becoming an historic reference it seems. Venues, cars and drivers
Modern race commentators have a lot to learn from this sober, conversation paced style.
Love the English stiff upper lip comedy commentary. I went to a few rallies in the 60’s with this era of vehicles. Loved the events. 👍🏻😁🇦🇺
Wonderful times, how I miss them.
Thanks for this nostalgie...

Dennis Jenkinson at 17:50... wow
A mate of my dads.
Dad gave him a drive of his 1937 Alvis as a sprint event.
"... and there's a fine pair of Bristols ... " I love it. If it went over your head, brush up on your rhyming slang.
The. Cars are around but most of the drivers are gone
So true.
4:04 all too much float and not enough sting my boy
6:50 Ringo Starr? outtake from A hard days Rut is it? :-)
Not ringo but a guy looking just like him !!!
Yeah a lot of dads film were a play on words of more famous sayings !!!
Entertaining film but no TR’s. 😔
Paul May be a 24000cc Bentley will make up for the lack of TRs
