My daughter used to call me ‘sandwich head’ when she was young, due to my devotion to the black arts of making sandwiches from foods that have no moral reason to adorn bread bisections. As an expert in the field I deem this sandwich of justice worthy of knighthood. I’m making one soon.

flask klasf Milk and eggs result in more death and torture than meat alone. Cows do not produce milk without first going through pregnancy... so their calves are stolen from them to either become dairy cows like their mothers or get slaughtered as veal. The dairy cows are artificially inseminated (if they were human, this process would literally be considered rape - but because they're "just animals", nobody cares.) Artificial insemination involves poking a long syringe of bull semen into the cow's vagina to inject into the uterus. They guide it in by sticking their arm into the cow's anus and grabbing the uterus with that hand. Cows are not supposed to produce as much milk as they have been bred to and as such, they are in constant pain while mourning the loss of their child. Once they stop lactating, they're raped again and the process is repeated. This happens only a few times before the cow is killed. Generally the lifespan of a dairy cow is 1/5 of their natural lifespan.
As for eggs, the process starts off with chicks being born to go into the laying sheds. Male chicks are completely unneeded, but make up roughly 50% of the batch of chicks. Since they're no more than a byproduct in the eyes of the egg industry, they're thrown live into grinders of suffocated in plastic bags on the first day of their life. Females are confined for life to either a tiny cage or a massively overcrowded shed that counts as "free range." They grow all sorts of deformities, have massive injuries, psychological trauma and end up with wounds from pecking at themselves and others in their distress. They too are bred to produce far, far too much of their desired product. As a result, their bodies fail on them and they live in constant pain. Eventually, like cows, when their produce declines they are sent for slaughter. Animals for meat at least don't have to do much. They stand around and wait for their death with slightly more dignity and comfort than animals used for eggs and milk. Not that they are in any kind of comfort, unfortunately.

I replaced the onion, garlic and hash browns with a slice of dry ham, skipped the pepper, salt and the olive oil entirely, used cucumber instead of pickles and tomatoes, changed the shredded cheddar into plain sliced edam cheese, replaced the avocado with cheap margarine and didn't really use any eggs, mayonnaise or ketchup at all. Also, I used a different kind of bread and couldn't really be bothered to heat it up in way, but it really turned out great! Thanks for the recipe.

I love meat, but I reduced my intake way more after watching that video. 10000 litres of freshwater for one pound of steak is too much.
