    Ingredients材料:
    170g / 6 oz cheese (奶油芝士)
    30g / 1 oz butter (牛油)
    120ml / 1/2 cup milk (鲜奶/牛奶)
    40g /1/3 cup plain flour (普通面粉)
    25g / 3 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
    4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
    4 egg whites (蛋白)
    1/8 tsp salt (盐)
    1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
    90g / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp caster sugar (幼糖)

    So I just tried this recipe today but instead of plain flour, I used 40g cake flour (30g all purpose flour mixed with 10g cornstarch) and it tasted very good. Although it cracked A LOT if you bake it at 150C for literally minutes, I suggest baking it at around 110-120C for 80 minutes and then 180C for the last 10 minutes. I have to experiment with the temperature as well. If you use plain flour like mentioned in the video, you will not get the jiggly cheesecake like usual, I think it will be quite dense.

    I spoiled my cake. I baked 150c for almost 2 hours and the bottom part still not cook when I took out. Then I put it back again n baked for another 1/2 hours and took out it broke into 2 halves. Taste good and will try again in the future.

    我昨天做了,好的好吃,还把蛋糕🎂涂了cream做成爸爸的生日蛋糕🎂,也分享给家长,她和孩子也好喜欢,打算这个父亲节做来庆祝。
    通常小的creamcheese都是250g,如果要做刚刚好250g食谱要如何加法呢?
    不然剩下的creamcheese不知做什么好!
    我也做了之前你教的抹茶,也是好好吃,只是伤脑筋剩下的creamcheese。🤔🙄
    希望老师您会回复我,因为我还想再做。。。

    I have tried today. The cake started to turn a bit dark after 15 min. quickly covered with alum foil on top. continued to bake for 90min. Oven thermometer showed 150 degree C. but the cake compressed after trying to turn over and take out from mould. Inside the cake is dry on top layer and dense wet at bottom (about 80%). May I know what went wrong? I used top and bottom heat. Didn't on the fan mode. Thanks.

      Sorry if I couldn't answer your question, but here is possible reason
      1. It might be due to the heat provided by the oven itself did not spread evenly throughout the cake (unlikely)
      2. It might because the cake mould you used, even if the mould is not loose-base mould, not all solid cake mould is perfectly designed and water-leak proof. (likely)[Wet Bottom]
      3. It compressed might because the cake itself didn't fully baked, as for time needed in oven, it might differ between various oven.
      For example, Oven A may fully bake a cake with 30 minutes, but Oven B needed 35 minutes to achieve the same outcome.
      *[Not every oven share the same Heating attributes]*

    Did anyone add cornstarch using this recipe? Usually it’s on the recipe for jiggly cheesecake.. but this one doesn’t

      Yeah it’s unusual as well that they used plain flour but their cake rises well

    I tried this recipe and sadly failed. I put the cake in the oven for 90mins and the cake didnt rise or cooked. So added another 30mins. When i flipped the cake, it just turns into a big blob of mess of undercooked cake. I didnt know what went wrong because I followed the instructions exactly!
