    I was in search for a simple yoga which help me reduce anxiety and stress especially during the lockdown but I couldn't find out such a yoga yet and then I came across your yoga It really helped me reduce all my emotional imbalances.

    This is my first time trying to meditate and while doing it i started crying, tears came up.
    I hope its normal, and with time it will be fine.

    Woahh this help me a lots if im stress or have anxiety and in night always bite my teeth, i have deen not biting teeths last month, but these days have exam i start to feel strong anxiety, i will start doing this again
