Excellent video, I appreciate you taking the time to explain all what you've done as you work on this equipment. Those of us who work on equipment appreciate the detail. The only thing I can't understand is why that chopper is so worn out? Your average video during chopping season is roughly 20 minutes long and let's say there's eight or 10 videos for each crop.. that's only about three hours worth of video, which means there can only be about three hours on the chopper for each crop. Seems like it's pretty worn out for such a small amount of time doesn't it?
Chopper all ready and the two cutting heads repaired and updated for 2025 good job Andy the time and money spent now will pay off next year with less or no down time 👍🚜
I'm sure that just like Andy you work 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day, and no sick or vacation days. People love to complain when they don't put in the time or effort and wonder why they can never get ahead. Everyone's favorite words are I CAN'T.
Get ahold of Clint from CNC equipment he has a RUclips Channel and his son does repo or how you say it he makes the details for all of their John Deere equipment that they redo he would be more than likely interested in working with you

The head should be trouble free for a couple of seasons. It did cost a bundle but so does down time.
