The Power Scaling community is literally an OPM villain group. They underestimate the characters and the verse and then get completely blown away once they realize how busted these characters can be.
They aren't a OPM villain group. Power scaling goes off feats. Assuming someone is invincible just because they have yet to lose is called a No Limits Fallacy. In power scaling, you should only judge a character based on feats they've shown. For all intents and purposes, Saitama is multi-solar system to galaxy level before he fights this guy. I'm willing to bet Saitama is stronger because his entire joke is winning every fight effortlessly. But at the moment, his feats do not show it, so we cannot use speculation like that.
