It's an Llc for starters... first HUGE red flag. Second, what if you want to make changes/redecorate? Ya can't because peel away the shiny bells and whistles, it IS a timeshare. NO tax write-offs here...you pay, you can stay. That's IT!

According to Merriam-Webster the legal definition of a timeshare is “an agreement or arrangement in which parties share the ownership of or right to use property (as a resort condominium) and that provides for occupation by each party especially for periods of less than a year.” Therefore, this listing is a timeshare.

First HUGE red flag, you co-own with an LLC. Second, hate those purple chairs or the sterile white everything...too bad. You can't change anything. Why? Because it IS a timeshare with a new spin for gen Y & Z. No tax write-off for that lux 2nd home (for you anyway). Bottom line: you pay, you can stay when it's not booked by how ever many other people who bought in to cover the initial investment plus profit for primary holder!
