I will suggest you get a RIA who would help build investment plans and channel your money on something Lucrative ,which in a short term , would bring in better returns. Its just a personal opinion tho.

Do a home tour in DC! ...and not in the suburbs of DC - but like, actually DC. Lets see the crazy homes of Georgetown or where some of the politicians live.
Ofcoarse he means "Penthauses". Inside it's very good for that artwork, but it's almost so good there it can't be personal. All the materials are wonderfull, but it's exactly that feeling. The screen is by now hurting my eyes.

Is nice, extremely contemporary, the contemporary must be mixed with the classic to be elegant. The division inside are very useful but the ceiling 👀, really for this price I waited a ceiling with more character for example of wood or all white gibson normal ceiling.
Man I know Ryan's busy AF and these are a bit rushed but I had to giggle when he said it was gonna be "one of the most detailed tours ever" since it's 2 suites in 13 mins and they didn't even show that 90-bottle wine fridge he kept mentioning (and a lot of other things, too)

OK, but why do a bunch of cowboy bits? You know to the extent a tourist might notice that in Nashville it's only through the influence of country music, which draws all that from Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska etc. Nashville is South, not West. Maybe hire a local guide next time you leave the city?

I feel like you snuck in and ripped out a video while the owner ran down stairs for coffee and you had to be out before he got back. Ok apologize i totally was day dreaming when we went through that incredible closet. I'm 56 but I'm still willing to be the teenage kid who lives in the guest suite.
