I will suggest you get a RIA who would help build investment plans and channel your money on something Lucrative ,which in a short term , would bring in better returns. Its just a personal opinion tho.

Is nice, extremely contemporary, the contemporary must be mixed with the classic to be elegant. The division inside are very useful but the ceiling 👀, really for this price I waited a ceiling with more character for example of wood or all white gibson normal ceiling.

Ofcoarse he means "Penthauses". Inside it's very good for that artwork, but it's almost so good there it can't be personal. All the materials are wonderfull, but it's exactly that feeling. The screen is by now hurting my eyes.

Part 2. Is there a garage or an elevator or a second bathroom? only 2 bedrooms? you mentioned a 3rd and forth but i only remember seeing 2? I feel like you snuck in and ripped out a video while the owner ran down stairs for coffee and you had to be out before he got back. Ok apologize i totally was day dreaming when we went through that incredible closet. I'm 56 but I'm still willing to be the teenage kid who lives in the guest suite.

OK, but why do a bunch of cowboy bits? You know to the extent a tourist might notice that in Nashville it's only through the influence of country music, which draws all that from Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska etc. Nashville is South, not West. Maybe hire a local guide next time you leave the city?

Man I know Ryan's busy AF and these are a bit rushed but I had to giggle when he said it was gonna be "one of the most detailed tours ever" since it's 2 suites in 13 mins and they didn't even show that 90-bottle wine fridge he kept mentioning (and a lot of other things, too)
I agree, I would rather see more of the cool details than hearing about his belt buckle, or posing with the art work.
@@jon9178 I mean that's fun and part of his charm, but you're right that it falls under unnecessary fluff when on the other hand we get only mentions about cool stuff without actually seeing them

I'm sorry but I just felt kindda rushed. Your energy was great as always but the tour was 1/2 assed at best! Never even got to see the alleged 90 bottle wine fridge. Apparently there is tons of never shown closet space. Don't know where the entrance was for either space or how they were joined

This place looks like it was done in the late 80s not 2008. It looks so cheesy I can’t imagine anyone not gutting it and starting from scratch.
I prefer this over the sstarkk bright white everything houses. Not warm or welcoming.
That’s actually not the most expensive penthouse they have penthouses up to the 50m in downtown Nashville!!!
Not quite yet, they had the full floor penthouse of the new Four Season building at 25m but ended up splitting it into 2 units.
