I really enjoyed seeing Nile and Chloe pitching. I was totally bored by the Jade/Chloe drama - way too much like Selling Sunset and not reflective of your professionalism and what I’d expect from your brokers. Be different from those other programs. You’re the most interesting personality on that show. Good luck with everything at Serhant as you continue to execute your future plans. It's an easy pass for me. First the ceiling is WAY too low. If Ryan raised his arms he'd be touching the ceiling. Second, it feels too cramped and all them windows with those child rails you see in the regular apartments. For 14M it's a hell no. NEXT!
I'm not getting the luxe vibe at all. Individual elements are nice but there's very little cohesion or flow. Gold paint on the walls and ceiling and gold gold gold elements. Gold anything is always going to date; that's why shower fixtures with gold trim look so 90s. the woodwork is nice but why have warm woodwork if the pastel knicknacks are are going to fill every inch? It feels like he was trying too hard. The kitchen is really nice; that's not navy blue, though.
