We are delighted to have Ryan Serhant showcase this fantastic property which has been fully automated with Loxone technology. A very special smart home.
This Barn is beyond five-star hotels! That cinema is like a museum, I like it! Please watch your head, believe that bump hurt! Great introduction, thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🤩🙏
This home is huge! Love the craftsmanship and attention detail but what sold me was the the lower level and the outdoor living space with the pavilion. Obviously own by someone who loves to entertain.
Thank you for leaving in the head bump clip in and didn't edit that out!! That made me crack up!! Great videos always!! I watch them all and I live right near New Hope so this was a surprise to see. Thanks!!
Yeah, I grew up in this area and the prior owners were friends of my family when I was a kid. It's located across the street from my parents' church. I used to play in the barn when I was in elementary school. $10 million for this property is absolutely nuts-- no matter what's in it, despite the reno and especially given the market in that area-- but good luck.
Wow that’s crazy if it was bought for 1.1 in 2018 it should barely be scraping the $2m price tag in 2023. Add to it the extravagant renovations and I’m still struggling to see how anyone pays more than 3 million for this thing
I love barns and love Bucks county. 3 mil is pushing it. A lot of waste in the remodel and those costs shouldn't be passed on to the next owner. Real estate developers need to recognize that instead of greedily stuffing their pockets. At the end of the day a roof is a roof and a toilet is a toilet. Who buys an 8 million dollar house and only needs a one car garage? One more thing that really gets me. They put in $100,000 range from France. La Cooch or whatever. Blue Star, a high end appliance manufacturer is less than an hour away in Reading, PA.
I fancy the plan that made these millions and I now understand that more passion to trading and less ego gives a resounding attraction to financial stability and I have managed my time effectively, diversified my source of income under my CFA and it has been my best way to grow and sustain wealth
I have been on the look out for a good CFA who would give a diversified approach on my assets to yield more income because I am about to retire. Any tip would go a long way, it is so hard to find one that truly grasps the entirety of the different sectors you need in your portfolio, rather than most, which choose to specialise in 1 or 2 industries, and that's a big deal for me because I am very open minded, plus I know if I can't have it all there's no point, if you understand what I mean?
I believe that robust, well-implemented ESG policies and practices directly contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of a successful portfolio management under Lisa michelle pacillas
Lisa really seems to be finra registered, looked her up on the internet and read through her resume, educational background, qualifications and it is very sensational. i would sure render her services, i value this
I love barns, but the reason for that is the theme of country mixed with a bit of new. This barn, just doesn’t reflect that. The decor is cool, for NYC - but not a barn. Ill be surprised if it sells for $10M.
TAKE NOTE, agents... the first words out of his mouth, "all right, let's start here, you immediately get the feeling of Gatsby." -- not "you see here there's some geometric wallpaper on the walls." That's why Ryan is the man.
As a buyer, I pay no attention to the theatrics and sales pitch that agents give. I have eyes to see what the house looks like and only I know if it fits my preferences. What I'm interested in is why the seller is selling, what are the downsides of this property, did anyone die in it, just anything that might be wrong with the house so I can decide if I care about the flaws or not before looking at the good stuff. I don't need anyone to sell me a vision or vibe when I visit a property, just stick to the facts and I'll be more likely to see myself living there or not. No time wasted on either side.
You shouldn’t have copied enes’s sneakers with suit move. He looks so much smarter with tailored trousers, shirt and nice shoes. Enes is so much easier to watch.
Ryan, I want to talk to you about some business. How can I communicate with you? By the way, I speak to you from Egypt and I use Google for translation because I am an ignorant man.
About time.Tired of the California or FLA mega homes on these You Tube channels. We wanna see the homes in Jersey, Pa, MA,and other states in the country.
Enes gets millions of views because he doesn't sell, he showcases. That's why he appears more genuine than the others. Making a RUclips video is not about showing a house to sell it (and the result will be that the video and the house sell better). Tell me that I'm wrong...

If I had a ten dollars for every time Ryan mentions that he is 6.3 then I could probably afford this Barnhouse
This Barn is beyond five-star hotels!

Barns are the best hidden gems!!!
Agreed!
FUN FACT 11 months later, this home has not been purchased and is now at 6 million dollars
Grew up here. This area is incredible. One of the nicest places in the country in my opinion.
Mr Ryan Serhant....You are ..like aromatherapy.. all my senses are infused...your time..is worth my sir..
Beautiful but looks like a commercial space. Office, fancy restaurant or a hotel bar
This home is huge! Love the craftsmanship and attention detail but what sold me was the the lower level and the outdoor living space with the pavilion. Obviously own by someone who loves to entertain.
The barn is gorgeous...an entertainer's dream! The decor however... is a LOT. I would want to rip it all out and start fresh :D
Loving these videos much more than the typical New York apartment tours. Unique and different than other channels!
I like it but I think most would think the house is ugly and will be tough to resell, to be honest. Very specific taste.
agreed

$6.5-$7,000,000 overpriced!

LOL bought for $1.1m in 2018.
Good luck is right. This has to be one of the most tasteless remodels I have ever seen. This is just sad.

Nice presentation.
Gorgeous!
It's gorgeous. Very nice presentation, time just fly.
This pretentious crap might work in The Hamptons, but in East BF PA the owner/builder is gonna take a HUGE loss.
I live down the street and this house still hasn’t sold.
I think it's listed at $6M now
@@edwardholmok8572 yep- know the family.
Did anyone count how many times Ryan said "we're good to go!"?
or "Gadsby"
I've spotted the room for my safe 😱
6 beds 6.5 bathrooms is interesting. You'd figure it would have way more bathrooms than that.
So much potential, as long as the interior is flipped, this could be a phenomenal barndiminium.
Love it
Love it ❤
when i see you man .....i just get massive amount of energy man.........
That has to be one of the longest dining tables I have ever seen in a residential home, how do you even get that thing in its place
WOW
We saw that 14:10 grill button press lmao

Big Fan man! The Inspiration
Ready Go
What a hideous house
so inspiring
My favorite part is Restoration Hardware. Just say Sears
Real cool home love the details and the nod to the past but modern
Sense of new hope of Pennsylvania then the head just hit in roof! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Not hope! Unlucky! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
🔥🔥🔥
You and your compelling video titles. A $10M barn...?! How could I possibly skip that one...LOL
im moving in
I believe it’s pronounced lux-on, great property and tour!
I bought that guys shoes
"Bars on Bars on Bars" is.....Bars🔥🤣
Ok, fine. I will take 2, thank you
The wallpaper is far too busy in the entrance foyer. Very dark tbh needs some lighter colour. Beautifully done but feel it is over priced.
i have 10 mil to drop, lemme sit in a shitty airplane seat to relax.
I love barns, but the reason for that is the theme of country mixed with a bit of new.

Cool barn. I'd love to buy it. To be sold?
Hi Ryan, I am just start my job as property agent.......can you share with me how to find a potential buyer and seller/listings ?

Thumbnail looks like Minecraft
One of the best properties I've ever seen. Better than some of Enes and Mikey's.
You shouldn’t have copied enes’s sneakers with suit move. He looks so much smarter with tailored trousers, shirt and nice shoes.
Enes is so much easier to watch.

first
🥳🥳
I really thought he meant there was alcohol in the gym for a sec 😂
15:29 to 15:40 leave it in it shows the naturalness of a blooper 🤣 Ryan handles that like a trooper 🤣
Hi
You're my mentor and I want to be your intern..
Please.. I love real estate
About time.Tired of the California or FLA mega homes on these You Tube channels. We wanna see the homes in Jersey, Pa, MA,and other states in the country.
It's a no from me
interior design is very UGLY... But i guess i just don't have that taste
ok, boomer

Interesting point. I'm a realtor and investor and that's something that I'll keep in mind.
Nice presentation
