This is the exact video I was looking for. I'm upgrading my ryzen 3600 to a 5700x3d. But I wanted to see how my 2070 super would handle the new cpu, and this is the exact game I wanted to watch a benchmark video on. Thank you very much.
@@davidutz00 I beat the game using the settings in this video. I went from struggling to get 60fps to 90-100 fps with dips into the 70s during intense gameplay.
The exact setup I was looking for, thanks bro. One question: For how long did your RTX 2070 last so far? Mine is 5 years old and hasn't failed me yet. What life expectancy do you guess this thing has?
Hey thanks man. It's a hand me down from a friend. I think he bought it back in 2020. I can't really tell how much this gpu has left but I'm doing my best of prolonging it's life by not hitting the temp limit, undervolting it, and repasting the thermal paste and replacing the thermal pads every year.
Hey, I will be buying a 5700x3D as well. Are you using a stock CPU cooler here ( I think they call it Wraith Stealth ) or is it an aftermarket/custom one? I'm a bit worried I'll need to buy a new cooler since this CPU is much stronger than my current one.
i have a stock ryzen cooler on my 5700x3d and i have no problems with temp on STALKER 2 and if you know anything about stalker 2 its a beast on the cpu
ok so i got a 2700x, ik its kinda outdated but like i still got the same gpu and on the EXACT same settings i barley get 70 fps, i got no idea what to do
how 'bout the gpu usage?. Maybe the temps are too high that the gpu or cpu starts throttling or down clocking. also check if your ram is in xmp mode and the timings are tight.

Hey thanks for clicking on my video! Glad I could help!
What fps increases are you seeing?

Thx, i have an rtx 2070 super with i 9700k , so you say i can run this game on 80 FPS in full hd easly?
I'd say it's more than enough.
@@Pantsu69 thank you very much
If i got rtx2070super and a ryzeb 73700x do i also get same preformance
slightly lower. Unless you OC your cpu and ram, and then tighten the timings on your ram.
Hi nice video man, can you try on apex legends with that spec? I Wondering if i wanna upgrade my processor from 3600 to 5700x3d. Thanks
will download the game this weekend
Yep, i need a i5 9600k

defo a cpu bottleneck. But to make sure, try benchmarking it and look at the cpu usage.
@@Pantsu69 yea it uses bout 60% cpu usage

This game is very CPU intensive. My Ryzen 5 2600 is really showing his age. With a 5700x3D ( I ordered one ) it should run much better
