Wondering why we see pictures off the classic line-up. Because this was recorded by Andy Scott, Mick Tucker, Paul Mario Day, Phill Lanzon and Mal McNulty in 1986. Just saying.
@Debbie Scott Well listen carefully at the vocals. It's such a pitty the video is deleted at RUclips where this line-up played the song in Australia. Anyway here allso a link and see the correct line-up in the beginning. It's on the album "Live at the Marquee" ruclips.net/video/lbn4-vLxTZo/видео.html
I was always touched by the small sample in the Genesis live concerts, but they have no full version. Finally found a comparable remix of the orginal. Love it!!!
single by sweet 1990.from live at the marquee album this was one of 4 new tracks with paul mario day the original iron maiden singer on vocals great cover
I have this on the "Action! The Ultimate Story" cd. From the credits in the booklet this is a 1988 version, produced by Andy and Mick. They were working as (I think) Andy Scott's Sweet back then. So I guess it's not Steve. Not sure who the lead vocal is.
Is this really Sweet? Wow! Is it Brian singing lead? I was thinking Steve because it doesn't sound like Brian to be honest. I'm glad I've unearthed this. What a gem! I think this is Andy Scott's Sweet with Mick Tucker, Paul Mario Day on lead vocals (former Iron Maiden), Mal McNulty (bass) Phil Lanzon (keyboards) - from about 1988 - very impressive recording
This doesn't sound anything like this the sweet we all got to know it this is the latest version of it and the only original I think is Andy maybe I think Steve might join them at times but really it's not the same band cuz three of them are totally different guys didn't sound anything like them

This is one of the best songs they ever did.
If they had released this as a single in the 70's it would have shot straight to no 1 and have been a disco anthem.
no doubt..oh my..takes my breath away and i keep on asking why? why? why weren't they as massive as Queen..answer crap managementx

Dude, that's NOT Sweet original, and certainly not from the early 70's. Production of those days was basic, far from that in this song!
