Ok, who said Brian couldn't sing. He's fantastic even after the horrible incident that happened to him in 1974 being kicked in the throat several times. Brian, you held your beautiful head up and sang fantastic!!! I love the rest of bank too...it takes the whole group to make it work.

Wow, this performance of "Live for Today" by Sweet at Ilja Richters Disco back in 1977 is nothing short of spectacular! It truly captures the essence of that era with its vibrant energy and contagious enthusiasm. The band's on-stage charisma and infectious tunes had everyone on their feet, dancing and singing along to this timeless anthem. Sweet's unique blend of glam rock and power pop truly made them stand out during the '70s, and this performance is a testament to their talent and lasting impact on music history. "Live for Today" is an anthem for living in the moment, and this rendition at Ilja Richters Disco serves as a vivid reminder of the carefree spirit and unbridled joy of the time. It's incredible to witness the band's chemistry and passion as they deliver this electrifying performance. From Brian Connolly's powerful vocals to Steve Priest's energetic bass lines, Andy Scott's captivating guitar riffs, and Mick Tucker's thundering drums, it's no wonder Sweet is still remembered fondly today. Watching this rare gem from 1977 brings back a flood of nostalgia, and it's amazing to think that the spirit of that time lives on through performances like this one. Kudos to Sweet for giving us a legendary performance that will always be cherished by fans of classic rock
