- The 30-minute full-body yoga flow is a great way to get a full-body workout and improve your flexibility. It is a Hatha and vinyasa, which means that the poses are linked together in a flowing sequence and also enough time to get deeper into the pose.. The poses in this flow target all the major muscle groups, including the arms, legs, core, and back.
You can modify the poses in this flow to fit your own level of experience. If you are a beginner, you can keep your heels on the ground in a downward-facing dog and child's pose. You can also skip the more challenging poses, and do any resting pose like child pose.
