As I mentioned there are no ways of obtaining the weapon outside of a vendor you must choose to download. And I think we can agree that this gun & some like it are clear outliers from the mod. Whereas the majority of its content is very fitting in Fallout.
@@Mutant_Mods tanner's website is a mess, his voice acting is terrible but its literally tied to your experience to talk to vlad and half of his guns and armors honestly just exist to take up space, real quantity over quality there

Bro, you’re telling me that you would be able to tell if these companions and at least 50% of those guns were mods if you were to play the game not knowing they were? BS. Title was reviewed by us an we thought it suited the video best. I’m not gonna put weeks of effort into a video to have it get 1k views bro.
I think there are videos titled far FAR worse. Judging but 99% of the comments I hit the nail on the head with mine. And who the f*ck cares what the title is anyway? This is peek FNV content. Don’t like it? Go watch schizoelijah.
@@Mutant_Mods Who cares about the title? I'll tell you who: People who hate clickbait. And it goes beyond the title anyways because your whole opening was about having a line-up of mods that actually fit in. Did you forget that part? These mods don't fit in. And yes, I would be able to tell because COD guns are out of place in the Fallout universe, just like the rest of the crap you were showing. FO1 had a 14mm pistol, plasma rifles, and an alien blaster. I don't care if you like COD, the guns still don't fit in. Even the 9mm was bizarrely out of place in New Vegas and that's vanilla. "I’m not gonna put weeks of effort into a video" Well you and that mod maker both have something in common; you're both lazy and refuse to apply yourself. Oh yeah, and about all of the people you mentioned who are mindlessly giving praise, they're just farming hearts and imaginary internet points, which you seem to be handing out like tic-tacs. _That's_ why they're doing it. I'm surprised you haven't connected the dots on that. I hate that the COD kids are all grown up and in the work force now.
25:15 Oh, he's one of those modders who threw a temper tantrum when Nexus said they shouldn't be allowed to delete their mods on a whim, an actual serious problem that was affecting lists and load orders every time a modder was mad about something.
Both parties have made mistakes but Nexus is primarily at fault. It’s not a big deal having a mod be deleted & breaking a collection. Seeing as how collections did really become the crazy big feature they imagined. Wabbajack is better.
@@sminking-ky9jc Hard disagree. A published mod should be fully accessible forever, working or not, in the same way any other form of art should be. Preservation should be the goal, not catering to those who wish to just remove art from existence any time they feel like it.
I have a lot of respect for Tammer. I like his philosophy and his dedication to the creative process, to me, he’s the manifestation of what modding is supposed to be.
Mods are one of those parts of PC gaming which are an absolute pain in the ass both for newcomers and experienced users but after you get through the exhaustive pain to finally download and get the mods working, the payoff is totally worth it, ESPECIALLY for games like New Vegas. Quality of life and Immersion based mods upgrade Bethesda games in phenomenal ways.
Everyone of these mods are amazing. I truly love them and I truly enjoyed this video! New vegas is one a few games that have lasted me this long. Thank you to everyone keeping this game going, please never stop!!!
25:15 ... How? So you can one day simply remove the mods from existence when you decide to go on a power trip, removing everyone's access to them? Very ironic considering you think they're violating the "community spirit" of mods. If you truly cared about this community spirit you talk about you'd make your mods and code available under a GPL license of sorts so the whole modding community could truly benefit from it. As it stands you're just fragmenting the community in an attempt keep full control over your "creations", even more ironic considering you're reusing proprietary assets from Bethesda/Obsidian which you _don't_ own. Say what you want about Nexus, but they had the right idea, once you put this stuff out there it's not yours to keep anymore, it's _everyone's_ .
Can someone explain to me why in Xbox store this game is classed as a transgender non binary game 😂 I Think if I was in that fallout situation I'd be more arsed about surviving than if i was non binary or not fallout is my favorite franchise and I think to put it in that category is really strange
I think not being able to delete a mod from nexusmods is great because that ensures you can download a collection that uses that mod without it stopping working because the modder decided to remove it for whatever reason. Nexusmods is a platform aimed towards the players, not the mod creators.
I used Tammers NifBashed Weapon Mods in the past because I agree with using NifBashed content because it fits with the world and aesthetic. And I also highly agree with the philosophy of having the mods be "plug-and-play" and not have fifty billion dependencies. A mod should work as if it was the only mod you're using. A lot of the modern weapon mods and weapon-feature mods have way too many plugins and dependencies to make me want to use em. Like there certainly are mods that I use that require other mods, but I don't like to go overboard. Or else you spend more time modding and troubleshooting than playing the game. We've all been there.
Props to Tammer for his work. Could go without the Ukraine stuff though. Only donate if you want your money laundered into the pockets of corrupt politicians, including Zelensky. It's most certainly NOT going to the people of Ukraine and Zelensky isn't even in the country he's playing Dictator of, his videos are so obviously greenscreen. Enough ranting over that, but it's dumb to refuse donations for an ignorant reason. Sorry to sully this with politics.
@@enduser797 I forgot to add, they're not even using what we give them. As I'm sure you know, they're selling it all on the Black Market for more money. There's evidence of their dark web dealings. I just think Tammer doesn't want to believe it because he wants to feel like he's helping out. Problem is, all his ignorance is feeding the literal Neo-Nazis that Zelensky employs. But enough of that. Nexus signed their death certificate when they sided with the lowest common denominator Wokeists. They're not even a significant audience to appease and most of them don't play games, they just want everything to validate their delusions because deep down, they themselves know it's all nonsense, but they continue on because it's all they know and they need to feel like they're actually doing something. They try to destroy anything that opposes them because the truth not only hurts, but it means everything they believe is bs and it means they have nothing else to live for.

Them sci-fi weapons really suits the eccentric, unhinged mad scientist aesthetic of Big MT. I can imagine Morbius spending his spare time creating those beautiful weapons. Some other "less sci-fi" weapons could be Elijah's experiment back in Big MT
This it's a perfect birthday gift in the shape of a video that showcases an amazing mod author. Can wait to make another FNV run so that i can check them out.
I think this style of showcase/director's comment/QnA complements your type of videos perfectly and you should make more of em.
A Someguy's would be an excelent interviewee given his upcoming rework on his mods.
F3 fans really do like their baby eating mods.
MC Tammer's the real deal, a true innovator when it comes to modding.
Gotta say, I can’t get behind modders reasons for disliking Nexus, their policies have helped ease of access modlists be a reality, more people are modding now because of that.
Well without modders there's no mods lmaoo
@@lyr1kn156 uh okay lol, that doesn’t mean I need to worship them or agree with everything they say, they are entitled to their opinion and I’m just as entitled to disagree
MC Tammer is the most iconic modder, and I will forever enjoy their mods. Don't need to ask for anything because their mods cover majority of genres.
Bruh come on
How the hell does the assault rifle from CoD makes sense in new vegas? Or a damn black hole launcher and other shit like this, SPACE MARINE ARMOR? U gotta be kidding, how is that different from MLP mod?
You’d think obsidian made theese mods, yeah sure 🤣
fr
As I mentioned there are no ways of obtaining the weapon outside of a vendor you must choose to download. And I think we can agree that this gun & some like it are clear outliers from the mod. Whereas the majority of its content is very fitting in Fallout.
@@Mutant_Mods tanner's website is a mess, his voice acting is terrible but its literally tied to your experience to talk to vlad and half of his guns and armors honestly just exist to take up space, real quantity over quality there
Always been a fan of his work, especially the armors. It’s pretty much an essential in my mod list
"Are you tired of mods that don't fit in to the Fallout universe?"
"Well here's every wacky gun from the kooky and zany Saints Row 4! Also, robot rocket punch fist! And let's not forget about Death Stranding!"
I had no idea Obsidian made Call of Duty. God, I can't believe I fell for this clickbait.
"I’m not gonna put weeks of effort into a video"
Well you and that mod maker both have something in common; you're both lazy and refuse to apply yourself.
@@techmouse.mod authors don’t owe you shit. If you don’t like it do t download the mod you pretentious asshole
@@Mutant_Mods "peek fnv content"
love how he says he wants idris elba for fletcher but fletcher gives off more butcher from the boys vibe more than anything
As a big mod user myself, I’m constantly impressed by the quality of some of the new content I’ve seen.
It's their mod and their creation. Nexus would be nothing without modders.
It's their right to delete stuff they don't want anymore.
Everyone's point exactly, nexus did what it did and these modders in no time flat proved why nexus was in the right.
...what are you talking about?
That Jaws Unleashed clip at the end brought me wayyyy back lmao
Can someone explain to me why in Xbox store this game is classed as a transgender non binary game 😂 I
Think if I was in that fallout situation I'd be more arsed about surviving than if i was non binary or not fallout is my favorite franchise and I think to put it in that category is really strange
The community became infested with those people at some point.

"sorry to sully this with politics, but fuck people who are losing their homes and loved ones in an illegal invasion."
"Zelensky isn't even in the country" not only you dont have a single piece of proof to back that up, but i literally confirmed in my real life that its not true. Thanks for nothing, lumpen
Amazing video! And the editing is so gooood!

@@Mutant_Mods Oh I know! hes one of my best friends! I've been on his channel all the time and hes even edited a vid for me!
I would use tammers mods but they are not on nexus and that's a huge downside personally.
I just wanna say how much I appreciate your vids. It’s turned new Vegas into one of my favorite all time games. Props to tammer too whos amazing armor pack is a staple for my game!
