Not quite true. Its not based on the distance traveled but rather how long the projectile has been out and “active” before exploading. With anything that blows up on impact, that translates to air time. Sticky grenades however can be set on a surface, allowing it to stay “active” long enough for it to benefit from Full Court
My shiny Elsie's rifle has hammer forged ricochet rounds range masterwork, zen moment, underover, headseeker, kill clip. Literally all the best perks IMO for PvP
Fair play they're not removing onslaught for TFS, but they need to up the rates of shiny drops. Sure they're meant to be a bit rare, but the rate is poor. And we can't even reset Shaxx to get engrams to help.
Maybe I'll sound like a dingus for asking this, but what would be the most efficient Trophies of Bravery farming as of now (especially when I can't join up for legend onslaughts or haven't completed legend yet)? I am willing to grind out solo as much as necessary, but haven't really found the time to figure out what farm is best (just play the playlist normally or do regular content since they can drop there too)?
U guys are getting shinny weapons? I've been playing since into the light released, did all weapon quests, ranked shaxx to Max, grinded onsault for more hours then I can count. Completed 50 waves and still not one has dropped. My rng is abysmal

More blast radius on mountain top nerfs the direct damage and A very small increase in the splash damage but overall your losing something like 7% damage drop off for a 100 blast radius mountain top...
@@Dynasty1818well depends on the chance of bonus drops I guess. There's essentially a period of forced wait in every 10 wave so a good team wouldn't find the time difference from running 0-10 and 10-20 that different. So if the bonus drop is relatively decent it might be worth running till like 30 ish to try and get the +1 (which is effectively a 5-6 min time save) but then again it will also depend on the avg chance of just getting the bonus on wave 10.

Hard Launch and Implosion Rounds WITHOUT a blastwork MW is very good. the god roll i’m aiming for is Auto loading and Recom. Hard launch and Imposion rounds are like SUPER SUPER not necessary. Just the perk combo alone is good enough. Spike nades also work just fine.

In 300 rounds of Onslaught, I got 4 shiny weapons. All four of those were tonight, in a single 50 wave run. 2 were god rolls. I think I used up my luck for the rest of Into The Light
Small bore is the better barrel. W Midnight Also! For mountaintop I’d recommend going Implosion rounds and Hard Launch as that does the most damage over all. It does more than spiked by 23. This is because of lower BR making it to deal more damage. Edit: Mountaintop deals 158 max in PvP on an impact. It’s not really that good unless you stack up 10x on recombination to one shot. However, the perk doesn’t work in PvP right now so mountaintop is just meh for the time being.
Thats the issue with "Shiny" weapons. For the low drop rate, "Shiny' weapons should atleast come with 1 God Roll combination. Then a GOD, God Roll should come with 2 perfect combinations, Ive found 3 Elsies rifles with Loose Change with Underover...how do you fix that for PVE? You cant. Ive found Rolls like this on all the Shiny BRAVE weapons. Then whats the point of having Shiny variants?

Get the regular god roll and just masterwork it. If you get the shiny then replace the other. Really not that deep

I waited until I had ~350 tokens and once Hammerhead attunement was available I cashed them all in. I calculated ~80% drop rate for Hammerhead, and 5 total shiny weapons (2 of which were shiny Hammerhead). I also waited until that week to cash in all my Shaxx engrams. 100% Hammerheads.
It feels like instead of the weapons being randomly rolled, there are a handful of curated rolls that have varying rarity. I say this because I’ve gotten a bunch of all of the weapons and a large majority of them are the exact same roll, with only the first 2 columns being different most of the time.

You want as much velocity as you can get on the Mointaintop! Something like: 1. Column: Hard Launch 2. Column: Implosion Rounds 3. Column: Auto-Loading Holster 4. Column: Recombination On this roll even a handling or reload masterwork is great!

There is a way to get to ur vault when in the hall. Click on destination and on something like gambit but dont launch . Just click down or whatever u use to get to ur vault while in orbit.... ur wwlcome 😁 so far it works anywhere.. just tried in the enclave.. yes i know its a vault there.. just was seeing if its possible

Pve tryhard here. Implosion rounds for mountiantop is the best. You want as little blast radius as possible on it to increase the damage.

5 shinys in 50 drops is pretty good. I watched someone else who did 100 drops and only got 3
Just wanna say I am very jealous of that pvp coup. Ext/accurized/moving target/zen/range mw is pretty much my godroll. Recommend counter balance cuz it recoils to the left too much at 90, it'll feel super clean.
90 isnt bad compared to base 80 at least
@ROFLWAFFLELAWL4 cool guy made a vid showing it and I've tested myself, it is just as bad. It's pretty much the same deviation but mirrored the other direction
Bungie should make shiny variants a thing and not time gate. I only got two other than the ones you get from bounties

The only problem is that you need TONS of trophies to get the armor for every character
