Protein kati Pura hunxa ra . Mero ni same prob vayo skinny the and for intension of looking bulky I gained 10 kg in 3 months now recomposing 😂. I use creatine and 90-100 gm pro
Do the lean-bulking. Increase your calories slightly by 200 - 300 to your maintenance calories and focus on having more proteins :) And split doesn’t matter if you are hitting each and every muscle group at-least twice a week :)
