      Chest exercises ko volume badaunu paryo , do 3 to 4 sets of 12 - 15 repetitions and remember consistency is key hai :)

    Dai is it worth getting a kitchen weigh scale when 3 out 5 of the meals i eat are not even in home and I can't measure them

    hello brother maile gym join gareko 6-7 months vayo ani i was really skinny at first when i joined tara ahile dirty bulk garera skinny fat vako xu :( particularly waist ma dherai fat vayera bhudi ako jastai dekhya xa tapai ko anusar maile lean bulk garda thik hola ki body recomposition? also ive been doing bro split should i change to ppl instead or does it really not matter which workout plan i follow since im a beginner?

      Protein kati Pura hunxa ra . Mero ni same prob vayo skinny the and for intension of looking bulky I gained 10 kg in 3 months now recomposing 😂. I use creatine and 90-100 gm pro

      Do the lean-bulking. Increase your calories slightly by 200 - 300 to your maintenance calories and focus on having more proteins :)
      And split doesn’t matter if you are hitting each and every muscle group at-least twice a week :)

      @@BishwoGhising then should i change to ppl brother? because bro split only targets one muscle group per week and could you give me an explanation why you'd suggest a lean bulk rather than body recomposition?

      @@BishwoGhising also im already at 77-78kg and height 5'9 i dont think its healthy to go above this weight range from what ive seen online but i maybe wrong? could you provide insight on that as well

      etikai herera tha hudaina brother but an expert was once a beginner so stay consistent, put in the effort and then you are good to go :)
