From what people have shown on reddit, its the Either Siphon buff you get periodically that removes all ammo perks. So it will remove Overflow, Envious etc. Since Envious procs on switch, it will be there until you get the siphon buff. When you get the siphon buff after, it will remove it.
Despite a lot of people saying that, it very much seems to be connected to picking up orbs of power. Picking one up tends to reset ammo overflow perks. It doesn't happen all the time though, so it could be connected to buff pickups in general. Just have to wait for Bungie to address it.
Interesting, so I suppose it would be best to make sure after getting Envious fully procced not to kill anything else before shooting the last panel (and then hoping the suppressor shank doesn't give you a siphon lol)
Nice. I'm still farming for a Foe/Star Eaters. So far I've been doing my runs with Foe/Cyrtarachne. Foe Tracer gets so many automatic procs from all the DOT Stasis effects it almost always up for the Puppeteer as well. Looking forward to your next vid.
I've been working on my Puppeteer strats with an Inmost + Cyrtrachne cloak to try to maximise Radiant melee and Woven Mail uptime - it's a tough fight! Funnily enough this Foe + Star Eater cloak dropped from a random unattuned drop but I'm glad it did
yeah that's what i'm learning from the comments lmao, I thought you had to shoot them so that you could then see what the next 2 were - good to know I can stop doing that!
Genuinely because I thought that's what you had to do, is it not??? I figured if you don't shoot them then when you go up a second time it might show you the same numbers again, but if it doesn't and you don't need to shoot the first 2 then I'll stop doing that for my solo flawless run haha
I've been using almost the same setup but never quite made it past 50% but I think I see why. I've been using S%S right after using suppressor rather than right before.
I've also hit 50%+ using super just after suppressor on previous runs, but when I tried it in this order it just felt like a better rhythm so I kept doing it like this. After suppress you can melee for radiant and then start shooting immediately so it feels like you're making the most of the short damage window this way round. Also I'd recommend after suppressing, walk backwards a bit and make sure your GL is hitting a clear area of floor in between you and the debris on the floor - the waves are really long anyway so you won't miss the boss but it prevents the nades from colliding on the debris and bouncing all over the place. When I started doing that my damage became way more consistent.
powered / unpowered melee are now unloading envious (we made a lot of tests with a friend and its looked like that. charging envious, then using a powered/unpowered melee will unload it immediatly) (rip edge transit)
I think so, yes. Before I used this class item my damage was much lower. With the Foetracer + Star Eaters you're doing much more super damage (including shatters); 25% tier 4 surge; and 25% radiant melee. Don't forget the fragment for increased shatter damage, as well as the artifact mod for a slowing field around frozen targets and the one that can be boosted with a tonic for even more shatter damage. All of those things combined will multiply damage greatly and enable a 2-phase
I find that so annoying! It would be much better if it showed up orange in the corner, but instead I've just attuned my ears to hear the sound of it readying lmao

@@UndeadCheetah They already confirmed that it IS ether siphon that’s bugging ammo perks and they’re working on fixing it.

@@glacierrays awesome. looking forward to it. keep up the great content
@@glacierrays I landed the roll last night and I put up a vid for basic LFG puppeteer damage. Made sure to link your video in pinned comment.
2 real quick things,
1 murads spawn in groups of 5
2 you dont need to shoot the first two panels downstairs, get all 4 then shoot

Why are you shooting the first set of numbers after the first rotation only to shoot them a second time for DPS? Just curious? 11:04

You can skip the first time completely
@@glacierraysNo need to shoot the first time. You only need to input the 4 digits prior to damage.

I try it out with the Waveframe, the same Rolls, but i do only 25% of your dmg. Its the Classitem for this strat necessary?

@@yiannisgedeon9038 my super is slpwing and freezing the boss, and the heavy gl damage will be shattering them once they're frozen
