It needs to be laws in place for the increase of rent. This is insane. We all are going to be in tenants.

There is a LAW it's called Gauging law but everyone one in Florida is doing it so how they are going to fine all of these people abusing all of this? Well, kinda impossible if you ask me.

This is worst than Cali. At least we have regulations that keep our costs close to the same. So we may pay a lot but rarely get huge increases in rent because it’s regulated.

@@AbsFabbs Surprisingly, we’ve been getting a bunch of California people. Or, it may just seem that way because when you get one, it seems like ten. The East Coast people used to stay on the east coast of Florida until they wrecked it and now they’re coming to the West Coast. And they have no problems telling you where they’re from like we’re supposed to be impressed. Nobody ever said that Northeastern hospitality is wonderful. They are so kind and considerate.

Well the hosuing market right now in Florda has over 170% inventory. Means house arent selling bank needs money. Rents well 70% of the state of florida relays on tourisim, well people have abuse this so much no tourist. So no tourist means more job loss so even wrost. That means if they keep doing this when the time comes then if evictions during covid was a manace this will be a chaos. Option? Yes Fine people for Gouging, disinflate value, disinflate interest & youll see a significat stability; You dont then sorry but tha the forclosures will hit over the roof & evictions overwhemingly taking over all court houses. YOUR CHOICE FL
