Yh she is but her issue is with stats (not the hardest problem to solve). For general content she wrecks anything but higher content or endgame enemies with significant def and hp she kinda tickles them like in the video regardless of her multipliers and def ignore. Hence to be the busted boss killer she needs good buffs or debuffs to be applied
@@2265HelloWich is the biggest difference she has with Mlynar Mlynars dph is almost double of Degens so he deals with defense so much better, but as a result he doesnt gain much from atk buffs as his base atk is lower while degen is the opposite BUT mlynar gains much more from aspd so a fair draw
@@kyarumomochi5146 I mean Myl deals true damage (ignores enemy defensive stats) with his most used skill and is a liberator so while comparable it’s obvious why he is considered better in a lot of situations. Degen just gets the job done as well barring a few scenarios some of which don’t even exist in the CN side iirc
@@2265Hello 1) he DOESNT deal true damage. He deals a PERCENTAGE of damage as extra true damage wich is around 200-300. Its alot different than outright dealing true damage 2) Degens kit works better as a quick time damage dealer while Mlynar works as an absolute core carry for dishing dps. Their kits really doesnt fit together much tbh but i get your point :D
