Sir, I have a l5 problem and i have sit for long time on computer (10-12 hours) a day , so , should i buy this product to correct posture or in back pain.
Hey I am a physical therapist and my advice is You should work on first is proper setup of desk.. good height scree at eye level and good level of keyboard mouse etc...you will find RUclips videos for same ...also work on strengthening muscles of your back scapula etc.. using this belt might make you sit straight but because belt is doing action your muscles will not do the action and so they will become weak and make posture worse and can cause injury
