    When activated CD8 T cells replicate to make an army of a hundred thousand do they express Ki-67 or is there another marker to know that they are replicating?

      @@kristeenbarker I don’t ! I had a project where Ki67 IHC staining was used concurrently with CD8 and I only found CD8 positive cells with negative (no) Ki67 staining in hundred of samples. I wasn’t privy to why the stains were combined. I couldn’t find anything in the literature.
