- I woke up last Sunday, walked outside and said "I need a fireplace," so I headed into the shop, went through my scrap pile, and ended up with a Chiminea that abides by my city's codes for fireplaces, looks nice, and gets the job done. Join me for this build, and stay 'til the end to find out how you can get one too.

I liked the part where you stoped the guy from touching the hot metal. I'd like to see more of that.
There's always that one guy in the shop that wants to touch something right after you welded it. Every shop has that one Guy
Goes for paint too!
Nice job. Nice slots on the bottom for air flow. Super cool
Good video, I like the creativity. Keep the good videos coming lol.
I like it as well. Left comment on facebook, you know where after viewing this. Thanks Richard !
LOL! Your table says "Do not paint on this table" with a silhouete of painted handlebars right next to it.
Acetone will clean it off
yep, there used to be a worker in my space who viewed any horizontal surface as a paint booth. I can paint on my stuff all I want to
Awesome going to buy one this winter for my hot tuv
Conheci o canal através do Jimbo's Garage.
Parabéns.
INCORPORATE THE GRILLING PLATE FROM THE ROCKET STOVE ON TOP FOR A CAST IRON SKILLET OR DUTCH OVEN AND HAVE A GREAT COOKER ALSO.
Awesome, would like one... but I don't know how to weld
paduag1782 that's the whole point of them: to learn. See if you can find someone to teach you
A chiminea would be a great project for me to use my everlast plasma cutter on. Do chiminea put out much heat?
They are not super efficient, but do keep a small area warm
What was the point of the copper tube? I’m thinking of buying one, could I request a customization besides lettering? I use a torch to start fires, anyway we could get a simple port hole to stick a torch through?
We can put a hole, just say where in the notes at order. The copper tube is not included and was used to get some "free heat" for my hot tub.
How big would you say the door is?
Roughly 8" wide, 12"tall
you still offering this ?
Yes, Weldityourselfkits.com
The way the welder sounds kinda triggers me!! Sounds cold with a erratic feed rate, like a dirty liner or loose drive roller, also lets see your welds up close
