I like that it's all natural... no bleaching and no chemicals.
hygiene is their priority, I like that they use gloves and masks, thats cool. Keep healthy bless people 🙏👏
Yet they did not wash the stocks before crushing them. Then there is alot of metal dust from metal scraping metal. I wonder if that sugar is mildly magnetic. Lol
In India,
1. That juice extracted from Sugarcane we call it as sugarcane juice ( ganne ka ras) . It is very tasty if we mix with little lemon juice and little ginger juice.
2. We also follow same process but end product is called Jaggery (Gudd).
We use it for make the most of the sweet dishes.

I watched some videos that indian people extract sugar from sugarcane. It is far dirtier than whatever we can imagine.
So, it is normal that you call your foods with different names because they are not the same things that tawaineses make here.
Blessings. Beautiful Memories. My father was a Sugar Cane Farmer. My respect to the Gentlemen making the sugar process.
I felt like I can smell the strong and sweet scent from the brown sugar bulk.😊

I wish I could buy this and support Taiwan and their culture. This sugar I can tell is pure and looks great for baking.
It was done in aluminium containers and when that is heated a lot of aluminium residue is left in the sugar

This could not happen in the states.
FDA needs to be involved, local health department, no less then a dozen permits ect....
That's why they're are so many middlemen.
In Brasil we drink this juice 0:27 is so delicious... we call it "caldo de cana" I LOVE IT ❤

How to tell a master artisan at their trade; They make it look super simple with the most basic of tools. Both incredibly deceiving, and absolutely fascinating!
