      Yet they did not wash the stocks before crushing them. Then there is alot of metal dust from metal scraping metal. I wonder if that sugar is mildly magnetic. Lol

    In India,
    1. That juice extracted from Sugarcane we call it as sugarcane juice ( ganne ka ras) . It is very tasty if we mix with little lemon juice and little ginger juice.
    2. We also follow same process but end product is called Jaggery (Gudd).
    We use it for make the most of the sweet dishes.

      I watched some videos that indian people extract sugar from sugarcane. It is far dirtier than whatever we can imagine.
      So, it is normal that you call your foods with different names because they are not the same things that tawaineses make here.

      黑糖太甜是因為甘蔗品質很好啊,才能煮出甜份高的黑糖,品質不好的糖分不會這麼高

      It was done in aluminium containers and when that is heated a lot of aluminium residue is left in the sugar

      This could not happen in the states.
      FDA needs to be involved, local health department, no less then a dozen permits ect....
      That's why they're are so many middlemen.

    C'est bio, c'est très naturel. Félicitations ! Nous au 🇨🇬 congo, nous utilisons ça après fermentation, et ça devient une boisson alcoolisée. Après autre degré de fermentation encore, ça devient une liqueur très forte.

    I've been there. No molasses. Only fresh cane juice and boiled into thickness. When tempature cool down, it's all done.
    Another flavor is ginger flavor, which is commonly used in Taiwan cosine, giving a warmth in mouth and heart in winter time.
    All is nature and pure, I gurante. Buying for years.

    It kind of looks like mexican brown sugar,it comes in a cone shape very very hard. Same color as this one i am definitely going to try it. Darker sugars have way more flavor carmel,vanilla-ish a much deeper flavor. I love luv it in my oatmeal and i use less sugar when i use the Mexicano one. I. Can't wait to try this one!!

    In Punjab India we call it Jaggery . Full of Iron , vitamins. And very good appetiser if it’s eaten after food and people who work in dusty places, it is very good to clean the lungs ,air passage in body.🇬🇧🙏 100 % good food 🌹

      Cualquiera de las dos opciones es validad, pero no es Azúcar. Entender la diferencia entre la panela vs azúcar podría salvar muchas vidas, simplemente en el aporte nutricional. En Colombia la panela representa a pequeños agricultores o pequeñas asociaciones. El azúcar es una industria de gran escala, ya que tienen un proceso de refinamiento que jamás tendrá la Panela o Piloncillo. Esta presentación del producto que fabrican en el video en Colombia se llama oficialmente Panela Granulada.

      蔗糖的生產成本太高了,所以才要分成
      白糖=甜菜提取+化學合成糖
      黑糖=蔗糖
      基本上台灣能看到的白糖都是進口的

    2:30 at this point, close the fire, add in the baking soda, and then vigorously with all your might, stir the hot sugar syrup and baking soda mixture until smooth and remove the ladle immediately. Quickly pour the batter on a greased baking sheet, non-stick baking sheet, or leave it in the wok for the batter to rise into Honeycomb Toffee (Dalgona).

    Delicioso producto, tradición colombiana, la panela que seríamos nosotros sin este producto lo único que veo es que la dejan granulada, aquí también se usa pero la mayoría se comercializa en cuadro o redonda osea en molde es normal ver en Colombia una molienda aquí en el campo donde vivo es zona cafetera y panelera ...viva mi país colombia invitados a venir por estas tierras mi hermoso Tolima Colombia

      Yes, it's available in the UK mostly from Indian or Oriental shops.

    I know how exactly it taste 😏
    We have the same in our culture but in a different more aesthetic look!
    For crumbles form in Egypt it’s called “Asaleya” and it’s a light color solid stick.
    And the liquid melted form (the one in the end of the clip) it’s called “Asal Eswed” which literally means “black honey”

      Even before gloves, banana leaves were used or any large leaves.

    2/9/23: WOW! That creamy mixture looked so good, like caramel; I could almost taste it. I'll bet it tastes good in any recipe called for brown sugar.
