Thank you for the tutorial! I made a big error and washed a black pen with my laundry. I want to try bleaching small designs on my favorite jeans to cover the pen splater. If it turns out well, I can still wear them!
Just a hint, I used a chalk marker pen to draw as that’s all I had. It works really well! I think these work so well because of the attention to detail, you curve the liquid lines around the legs and treat it as 3D. Another triumphant interpretation!
I love these!! Please let us know if you noticed a difference using the hydrogen peroxide. And, maybe how they “wear”…if you get any holes because of the duration of time the bleach had to remain on the fabric. Thanks for this video!! ❤
It is so much easier to find thick, 100% cotton jeans for men than women in the thrift store. But I think the crotch area looks weird and bulky 😄Does that not bother anyone else? Anyway love how these turned out! ❤❤❤

Tracey... try a gel bleach.. here...1 cup warm water 3 tablespoons cornstarch Small saucepan.. med heat till it gels Whisk 6 tablespoons bleach tada.. stick in a squeeze bottle and draw
Yes, it will have a different, more high contrast look. Paint, no matter if it's for fabric or not, will eventually do a little cracking and chipping.🤗💛💛💛
The only thing wrong about doing this is, don’t expect the jeans to last for long, as the undiluted bleach eats away at the fabric and weakens it, then they just fall apart

I wonder if one of those crafting bottles with the long spout/nozzle would work for the bleach? Might make it go on faster. Either way, I Love these!
