It's my understanding that trump set the time for his town hall after he heard of Biden's time. To their credit, MSNBC gave ample time to exposing his lies the rest of the evening, as well as airing much of Biden's. The side-by-side comparison was stark.

For people who are tested frequently and varying times of the day it is difficult to for them to keep track of when they were tested. If they had given him the questions beforehand like they do Joe, he could have had the list of when he was tested with him.
