Thank you!!!!!! This is the best product I have used for gloss. The car looks better then new. I have used other products recommended by other RUclipsrs without success. You are my new trusted source.
I bought the Ceramic spray based on your review, and I'm glad I did. It's definitely as good as you say it is and proof that Collinite is still a relevant brand. I'll be ordering the detail spray next!
Great video here Jon! I especially want to thank you for saying to people that they don't need to buy these products to replace something that's already doing well, just buy the new one next time!

You are right. I have two large tins of Collinite 476 in the garage that remain unopened. It was always my go to wax years ago, however I never use it now.

Megs Last torch is great as a quick detailer and sonax bsd is even better but requires a bit more work . I'm waiting to get my hands on the new collinite beadcoat 😊
How does this compare to Fusso Soft99’s quick Detailer John? Will the Slickr bond to other products like Fusso Soft99 12 month coat or, is it only really effective when used with Collinite’s Bead Coat?
Seems like water-based ceramic spray chemistry has been improving quite a bit in the past year. We've got Collinite Beadcoat (6+ months durability), BC9 (9+ months), and ADS Shield (18 months).
Eventually got Beadmaker, good but even better after using it as a drying aid on the 1st wash after first application. Very happy with results. May user SlickeR as top for next few washes
I've been "daily driving" the Turtle Wax to the Max wax + flex wax for almost 2 years now. I was perfectly happy with the results that I got with the system. However, I have some factors at play in my life: -car is 100% outside all the time -I have to wash my car at a DIY wash (I lug all my products/equipment with me. I only use the pressure washer + DI water) I found though, over time, even though the Max wax + flex wax combo isn't BAD to apply, it's not the easiest ever. Going at the max wax with my damp towel + dry, I find myself having to carry around a bunch of towels. It's a balance of product on panel, towels, dampness of towel, etc. to get the finish to come out just the way I want. I just recently picked up the Collinite Beadcoat and I'm exciting to give it a go. If I can get ~60% of the durability/chem resistance of TW Max Wax in the Beadcoat I'll be ELATED. It seems like the ease of use is through the roof compared to a majority of the products out there - I feel the flex wax/seal and shine products were close though.
i think you should get more durability hopefully. And maintain it with slickr. and your car will always have the zing. but for me the way this goes on is what I like. application is important
@@ForensicDetailing Jon, will I get the same gloss pop that "to the Max wax + flex wax" gives vs with Collinite Beadcoat and Slickr, if so, the application is going to be much easier. Of course I am talking about with a finsh polish before applying TW or Collinite
hmm probably mate. ultimately with gloss its about having fresh highly refine clearcoat so the physical or base gloss is maximised. thats the key. there are product differences. but if you have capped out base gloss then it wont matter to much.
@@ForensicDetailing Gotcha thanks Jon, I guess it then comes down to longevity, of which holds up the best. However I guess thats subjective to everyones individual circumstances, ex... gargage kept vs out in the elements every day.

It doesn't give you that nice glassy feel you get with paste/liquid waxes - I do miss that. If I walked up to a car with this applied, and felt it with my hand, I'd second guess myself if there was actually anything on the panel at all. I just placed an order for the detailer.

Hi John 👋🏻 After seeing this review I’ve gone and bought myself some. My question is this though. What product(s) would you recommend I use to strip the existing coats of Fusso Soft99 soft coat I’ve already applied? TIA
well only way to be 100% sure would be to whizz over it with finishing product like S40 (do it quickly though). Otherwise you could wash it and hit it with panel wipe and then put this on.
Good evening John have you ever used Mitchell and king products I’ve just started to use pure and titan and one of there wax products and wow I am very impressed with it. I’m looking at trying more of their products
Hi FD, a question I can’t find an answer to: I purchased a car that was ceramic coated a couple of years ago, but has been in a collection and hardly used, so the ceramic should still be very active. However, it’s not as glossy as I would expect (or see on other cars without ceramic). I’ve tried hand polishing and the Collinite Sealer, but I think I need to machine polish to get the finnish I’m looking for. What product would you recommend for DA machine polishing over ceramic coatings that doesn’t degrade the ceramic but would enhance the shine. Thanks for any responses.

@@ForensicDetailing :) the schizzzzle :) - that's soo true John, my coating is fairly new (applied in june) still the slickness (the zzzing) is getting a little low, just a tad but still, and on my daily Cancoated one the zziingg is almost gone, but the schizzzzle (gloss) is still there thankfully :) still topers have thier place, i might use them a little more after the characetristics diminish (i don't want to think about this sad day John...) Also i really like watching your vids, there is something in the tone of your voice, your chill vibe, and your lack of detailing instagram let's call it ,,charm" and more being down to earth that i really enjoy mate! Please keep it up, your tests, and just your random detailing rumbling is like balm on my soul :)
Tried looking for the sealant yesterday but all out of stock
imran did have stock but it went really quickly.
Please review Polish Angel products ❗️
too pricey mate no one will buy them in the uk unless they really start doing some marketting or social media stuff to generate interest. none of the online distributors stock it. until that changes they are dead in the water.
Try Zymol Céramid
You seem to be turning green John, is this new found enthusiasm slowly turning you into the hulk?
This sounds a better product to use than any ceramic shampoo 👍
colored foams lol
Not much cop on top of wax or am I just being stupid ceramic bead coat on top wax doesn’t work it just washes off first wash
yer I think its really a sealant mate. As a rule of thumb any product which offers more than 6 months durability is prolly not a good topper.
@@ForensicDetailing thanks mate can you recommend a good topper for wax?Gyeon Q2 Wax is whats on the car at the moment
Anybody out there who can help me to find the most slickest qdetailer or sealant on the market?
Love some glosness and a little bit protection but slikness is more important to me. These are the products i'm using, rating from best to worse;
TW hybrid solutions ceramic spray ( best slickness but most difficult to use)
TW pure shine mist detailer (most easy to use product but less slickness)
Gyeon qdetailer
TW seal & shine
Sonax bsd
Probably all very good products and maybe i'm expecting to much but there must be some better things on the market.
Suggestions are most welcome!😊
worth giving beadmaker a try mate that has great slick feel after the buff
@@ForensicDetailing Thx Jon! Believe it or not but just 5 minutes ago i was watching your video about Dream Maker vs Bead Maker, thx again for all the info, keep up the good work, greetings from Belgium!🫡
