It can be used as often as desired to boost beading and provide a slick showroom gloss.

What are the products do you have that will beat what you just applied?
Collinite is the longest lasting wax. Thnx.
This popped up today and I just used 845 Insulator Wax on my car today. I hadn't used it in a long time and thought I would put it on one of my cars today since I had some extra time.
Collinite 845 has always been my favorite wax i keep going back to it for its look. I am glad they are making updated products.
I like it. A much needed addition to the Collinite line of products.
Collinite’s new line of products are awesome! Their stuff has always been the best kept secret in detailing, and these are no different!
Menzerna Power Lock & Collinite 845..not the long protection or money maker of a Coating but looks way better..👌
Jescar Powerlock and Collinite was the big hype about 5 years ago.
Just tried the 3D proxy wax, great gloss, very easy wipe off.
Funny I was looking at this trio on carzilla yesterday & u make this video!! 😅
Good review Brian ,definitely agree with you and I’m a little more curious about the other two. I still enjoy working with a good liquid sealant or wax every now and then.
Great Video!
Would love to see a video on there beadcoat product. Thats looks like the winner in there new lineup
Had a friend in school.. his sad was the janitor.. he also had to clean the all the school buses.. he said he used a special secret wax.. it was Collinite 885 fleet wax😁👍🏻
Brian just missed you Saturday I was at the shop getting some bc6 and bc7
The Elephant in the room You’ve got t 2 LAMBORGHINI that are the same color Pretty dang kool👀
oh wow, good to see Collinite releasing new products. This must be a step above the 520 Post Haste quick detailer they released a few years back. You'd think I would know they released new products since the HQ is only 45 mins. away from me. I wish they did more active marketing. I'd certainly give the new products a try! This S-845 would be a great topper!
I like the result.Great video Brian 💎👊🏼
Menzerna Powerlock Plus and Collinite 845 or 476.
is menzerna known as jescar in some markets?
Yes@@jotighe2
@@jotighe2yes
Jescar would be american version (normally)@jotighe2
This might be an approach to use as a 'budget' detail for the lower time/cost factor?
Yeah Jescar/Menzerna Power Lock Plus topped with Col 845 was supposedly the bee's knees when I got into detailing a few years back. I ended up Ultra Lock Plus (the "sequel" to Power Lock so to speak) with 845 and while it did look great, as you mention, it took a century to do a long box F150. Not even close to worth it given the relatively short longevity, unless you're putting it on a vehicle that's only taken out on sunny days.
Still use 476 s double coat!! Would use this as topper can't wait for other 2
Congrats on the new garage Brian.
I still use Sonax Cutmax 6-4 then my favorite carnuba wax...
Overhead lights are cool, yet so distracting. Never sell-out Brian..
Seems you have, and forgotten your roots..
Wow, Collinite is bringing up their game. That is good! The Insulator Wax was so hard to remove. I am glad to see this one is not that bad.
Nice review from Brian. I think this might be a nice product to add for that Sunday drive or maybe to add for a little extra shine.
Just bought the insulator wax, and it was easy to remove. I think it has something to do with the application, at least from some of the reviews.
It’s hard to remove because you’re applying to much. Thin coat and itll come off super easy. Good stuff
I'm just curious. Is that a DA polisher or a rotary?
I heard the old way of applying 2 layers was a pain and took forever. This looks easy. Would I use this to replace something? Maybe not. Great review, Brian. Thank you.
An exciting new productline. How does this sit in comparison to mr.Collins no.520?
Awesome vid Brian 👌
I use #915 (their best offering) and then this S845 on top of it and my car has never looked better or been better protected. I have coated a few cars in my time, but nothing compares to the warm glow of a quality carnauba formulation in a tin can.
Before I got into coatings. my go -to last step products for surface protection was Meguiar's #21 synthetic Sealant topped with Collinite 845 Insulator Wax
Nice to know
Gave away all my liquid waxes/sealants except one. Jescar powerlock plus. Ive used so many ceramic sprays. To me none of them compare to powelock for look and feel. But it is easier with modern sprays. I just spray them on as a drying aid every time i wash. Never tried the powerlock/insulator combo because you need to wait a day between application and i rarely have a day i dont use my vehicle
Double Lambo 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
Looks like an easy use booster over the existing wax, seems to loose beading after 5-washes
Did I miss something or did Brain get another Lambo?
Hmmmm.... That S-845 sounds like a good 845 topper. I still have my original bottle of 845 from 6 years ago and try to go over my car at least twice a year.
That said, whether S-845 is better than many other spray wax is a big question. I've got a gallon of Meg's Synth X-Press wax that serves me well
Dumb question but, what is the difference between polymer and surfactant rinse less wash or both? I remember them saying to put the Collinite in warm water first.
Surfactants can add cleaning power and foaming capabilities to a Rinseless, I believe it can also help with the Wash media releasing the picked up dirt.
is Jescar and Menzerna the same? I remember people saying colonize and jescar
They are the same.
Jescar is the U.S. distributor
I have enough wax/sealants/detail/ceramic to last like 100 years. But for some reason I want to try these too lol
The popular combo was Collinite with Jescar Power lock.
Collinite wax lineup , the original, are still better than their new stuff in my opinion. The ironic thing, even Collinite stated that their New stuff isn't as durable as their original stuff! The double coat is their most durable product. Their old detailer, Mr. COLLINS , in my opinion, is as good as their New S-845. Have a good 1 Brian!
Awesome sauce
The product gives a nice carnauba wet look but after that it is pretty much downhill. There are better products on the market for the same money or less. Thank you for the video. I am being nosy but is the second Lambo yours too?
What's the wire for that's hanging out of the hood?
Looking to buy a DA polisher the griots G9 or the shine mateEX620 Pro, which would you recommend for us I guess I call myself a beginner
I thought it was Collinite 845 and Jescar powerlock plus
I wouldn't buy it over the Turtle Wax seal n shine, MAX Wax products, or Flex wax...I swore by the Collinite insulator wax back in the day and the Imperial hand glaze...
Your right! Milk and water…didn’t see much of anything…THANKS for saving me MONEY!
No gloss jump? Out of my list sorry, it doesn’t worth it
That doesn't look very durable to me.
I used Jes car with and would top with 845….
Jescar then collinate was and still is a lock
Looks pretty crap to me.
For us it's Fireball Carnauba Spray Wax ... it does have a touch of SIO2 in it and it holds up almost as well as BC3 in our testing ruclips.net/video/jPWuWrlgwzM/видео.htmlsi=nf7kO0ltsMlzXoax
