Started following your reviews on FH. I've been riding for 32 years and what I find the most impressive about your riding, is your full conversations on the downhills. 🤘🏻
Been watching all of your bike reviews on FH mag since I can remember so I was stoked to see you started your own gig 🤙🏼 will definitely be following along. You’ve got the best POV out there hands down!
Just the settings? I change back and forth between super deluxe coil and air in the rear end. The coil is 550 lbs. I run my rebound all the way fast on all of my suspension and just sometimes add a click or two of high speed compression to the fork. I have a pretty simple setup - just fast rebound compared to a lot of my fellow riders.
Hi Spencer, amazing to see that there is more than the reviews on FH ! love your content ! What is your video setup ? go pro on a chest mount you say but witch go pro on witch chest mount ? Because i tried once that setup but it's so shaky, and I dont think that you stabilize that much in post because your light flares are always clean and look unstabilized ! Thanks again for the great content !
Hey, good eye. It's actually just an old Hero 7 with a Go Pro karma gimbal mounted to my chest. I turn the sharpness to low in the camera and use the flat color profile.
Seems like a lot of moto guys like running higher stack. I struggle to hold a line on flatter turns when I run my bars higher on the stack. Otherwise preferred everywhere else on the trail.
As you've gone up in bar height, particularly with the 50mm Deity bars, how have your suspension settings changed? Any tweaks to spring rate/rebound/HBC/etc?
interesting take on the high rise bars, for the downhills and your riding style i can see how the benefits are there. How do you find steeper tech climbs, for me if the bars are high I struggle to get my weight over the front end.
I haven’t had issues. I actually find climbing more comfortable. It’s all about a foreword seat position for me. It keeps things balanced. I do look pretty upright though!

Your reviews and style is just so good. Keep it up man. would love to see what is your suspension setup for the bird.

I’m a high bar rider too. Deity 80mm rise on my hardtail and 50mm on my Ripmo.
It would be kool if you reviewed the Madonna V3 with high stacks

Just discovered your videos man! Where do you ride?
I live in Bellingham Washington, this is Double Black to Double Down at Larrabee State Park.
So many guys stopping in the middle of the trail. 😖 When you go with a higher rise bar to you rotate them forward, back or keep then neutral?
Just a few degrees rolled forward like normal!
What Kind of Bikes u Ride?
I just own the Firebird
