Brian, I have been a subscriber since you had less than 10k. Early on, I could see your wit and loved your commentary. But you have seriously strayed from what made you blow up. Now, it seems almost every video is just you interviewing someone and, especially the ones with Glenn, are so repetitive. I used to wake up every day eager to watch your vids. If Trump bond can't be guaranteed, then the bond should not stand. The complete total should immediately be turned over to the Court to be placed in an account to be held until all appeals are made and completed. An empty bond doesn't serve justice nor the people of New York.

I believe it was stated on a previous video that he does indeed still have to pay the entire judgement. The $175million was granted on appeal just so he wouldn't have to come up with all the money at once. Doesn't cancel the original judgement.

@@muskyoxes Unfortunately courts work almost wholly on precedent, so by their definition it's not a frivolous appeal at all. There is a very real risk that Trumpp is acquitted on appeal, and that's exactly why he's being given so many 2nd chances. If the prosecutors go hard on him in any way, they risk screwing everything up.

@@muskyoxes I agree it's ridiculous, but don't fool yourself about what these prosecutors are up against. They are absolute heroes who are fighting someone who has escaped countless crimes... Because generations of Americans did nothing to hold rich white men accountable! Trump has serious advantages as a defendant. Every time a prosecutor or judge acts without 100% certainty and backing in precedent, it's a real risk of Trump being acquitted. We do NOT have time for mistakes like Fani Willis made. We CANNOT shoot from the hip and do what we all know is right. We have to deal with the ridiculous reality that generations of apathetic, intimidated, and unconcerned citizens have left us with... Or else we will lose these cases!

This year, DJT was only pulling barely over and sometimes under 60% of the vote in several places over Nicky Haley while Biden was easily pulling over 90% of the vote everywhere. That roughly 20-30% of republican voters who said screw DJT should have him very worried right now! Just google Republican voters against Trump and see what THOUSANDS of republicans are saying. It's not looking good for Don the Con.

When Trump ran in 2016, I found out who in my friend group was actually intelligent and who started sharing Alex Jones and MAGA content and making excuses for Trump and his pathology.

I got the same experience in the prelude to the election. Suddenly i had to realize that even the vilest and stupiest things were accepted in my group. I jumped off the very same day and spent dear money to ensure to never cross paths again. And i am not even living in the USA.
So once again he hasn't met the conditions required. Here's an idea..... stop giving this guy a free pass EVERY DAMN TIME. It's disgraceful the way the courts bend over and ask for another one everytime he doesn't do what he's required to do. Nobody else in the country would get away with any of this crap.

Collecting the bond after the appeal is lost is much easier than seizing his assets that aren't worth much in hard cash. It takes a lot of work, time and money for Ms. James to collect enough assets to settle the bond.
