Coach, at first glance I don't think it's 1-3-1
For me it is 2-3 customizable. The bottoms defend very open. It could be 1-1-3 but 2-3 defends like this too

That's a 1-3-1 at first but offense is causing the defense to break rules forcing them into a 2-3 zone
