Bloody hell, also thanks for that. Very important hint about the libary. Helps out on other thinks like char-animation too! Nice! Keep on champ! Greets, Basto
Nice tutorial, thank you! Is there a possibility to scale only the chest without the child bones? In this example you can see the head is scaling with the chest which might be desired depending on what you are doing. But what if i dont want that?
I already created a video for Blender and IK so this would be redundant. You know this: ruclips.net/video/_7n6L-VJ3t4/видео.html ? But we will see. The next step will be to bring it into Unreal Engine, cause some guys asked for it.
You need to select the bones for which the pose should be applied, so I suggest to select all bones and then apply. To let it appear on the keyframe you either have to have auto keyframes enabled or you choose the pose and then hit I to insert keyframes.

nice tutorial but being spoilt by annoying background music. You really do not need music to learn it is just an annoyance to people that really want to learn. 80% of RUclips videos are made by people that just want high views and so they crank up the music and speed up the tutorial so that people have to watch the video over and over.
I love you for this xD
:-) Thx

Then you can work with weight painting to avoid scaling of the head or other parts.
Ah of course, thanks!
I didn't knew about the pose library, thanks! Are you making some Inverted Kinematics on your armature next?

When I apply the pose to rig, the pose doesn't appear on keyframe. Maybe I did some blunders. What could possibly go wrong?

@@JayAnAm Does this change in Blender 2.8? I can't find auto keyframes, and I brings up a menu, but none of the options do anything on the dope sheet.
