Here's the trick.. once the Skeem guy start talking I push fast forward... he talks 1 minute and give the guest 30 seconds .. he wants to always show how much he knows about the subject.. he then become the subject of the interview instead of the guest... I think he always wants to prove to the viewers that he knows a lot and is smart. I know his intentions are good. If he want to motivate he must not call the guest he must just create a separate episode and review the interview and talk 100 hours with no interruption cause vele the platform is his... instead of interrupting every now and then ..
Great content skeem...we also understand that you not from a broadcasting background and this is a learning curve for you but in future please give your guests a chance to speak freely so that the interview can flow for everyone.

S.A govt should be employing these graduates from prison because they have invested in their education. Poor governance is a big problem. Give this man a job, how many life sentences must be get? He has done his time and still has to face God. He's human and has repented of his evil ways. These people should be assisted to rebuild their lives and can help reduce the life of crime by half. They've lived it and are talking from experience. Stealing TIME is how the devil keeps people in check.
i am also sharing the sentiments of many of the viewers, Themba should give the guests time to talk, it's not only on this episode, but on many other episodes. or he should just narrate the stories himself.

One thing I have picked up in the way Themba drives his podcast is that he wants or tries to guide his guests not to shoot themselves in their feet in the whole process coz at the end of the day the podcast seeks to help these people. Remember he is dealing with people who are from the dark hole and seeking the light. Now he cannot allow these people to overshare these stories jeopardising their chances to get help and with Themba having been in the same hole, him sharing his little bit of knowledge somehow makes the guest free and not nervous. These are conversations and a conversation is a 2way thing... ✋😔 I stand to be corrected... Maybe you guys just listen and watch for entertainment aka UMGOSI from the guest's stories not for purpose to help out because all important details are shared all the times. People who have helped and those who want to help don't mind Themba's style of interaction. SHOOT ME
Remind me of a friend who did law,when he came out of jail couldn't get a job because of criminal record.He started doing crime. Very intelligent, always smiling.He passed away. I'm still broken,he went to jail at a very very young age 17 yrs,he came out around 28 yr 29 yr he died at the age of 38 yrs.Government must give these people a chance,Bafundelani kanti.

I like the concept of this podcast but the problem is themba masses up with his preaching and talking too much the guest end up losing their story. please watch network agenda page thats how you conduct the interview leave the guests tell their stories and add your points when their done.
The guest won't enjoy podcast if Lukhele cannot question or have input.. He should engage the guest so that they should flow together. ....so guys let's leave Themba and enjoy his style of unfolding conversation
