If you check your video 4:22 you will see that brace cap not in the place, not on the knee ball. :D So it sliding down.
Would you wear this during exercise or post exercise/for recovery?

I'm 5'3, skinny build and got size 2.
Would you say tape works better?
Depends on the need and budget.
If talking about k-tape - I would say this brace works better.
If talking about rigid sports tape - I would say can be similar.
Thing to consider is tape will last 1 month max and then you buy more. If this is for long term use, it may be more cost effective to buy the brace.
Also preference - some patient's would prefer tape because they like the fact that they can adjust it to their level of preferred tightness.

Should we buy this only if tapes don't work?
Is it alternate to tapes that means?
I think you should get it if you're allergic to tape, don't want the hassle of taping each time, or need something convenient that you can just slip on.
If tape does work and you're okay to keep applying it, without getting any skin reactions, then maybe just keep using the tape?

it can unfortunately! I It does depend on how tight it is beforehand and how much movement you do - I'm very active and do very explosive based movements and so from time to time it slips a bit.
If you don't do those movements then I think you'll still be good. It is well designed!
@@PTCPerformance I should have started off by saying I play basketball. I am currently using an Amazon knockoff of Bauerfiend which is much cheaper. It has an anti slip band on the top of the sleeve but still slips a bit. It is an ok product but the compression could be better.
@@as-Sabr739 quality of build is definitely good. I would recommend just getting something smaller if you're worried about it slipping just in case or going in store if you can! Hope that helps Ahmad :)
