Why do people always need to touch wildlife. Keep your hands to yourself, damn Humans. This shark was in a great position to bite. And yes nurse sharks can bite, and they do from time to time.
the nurse sharks at Cozumel are the friendliest sharks ever. They are like dogs that want to be played with it seems. I had a similar experience here: ruclips.net/video/5-mp3u2njbc/видео.html
1. That’s not how it works 2. Why? Nurse sharks often will seek out interaction with divers. They are incredibly placid sharks that often won’t leave until they get some head rubs.
Don’t touch!! Omg people!!
Dont touch Wild Animals. Omg. Its a shame.
He looks like a very good boy
It’s a girl, nurses are always girls
Had one swim within two feet of me for over 3 minutes once, hiding in my shadow. The Cozumel nurse sharks are super COOL to interact with!
You shouldnt touch them .. it's a national park
It though y’all would feed it so it stayed around other wise touching it that much normally it would have bitten and that wasn’t an attack at all
They won't bite if you don't grab them. those are mellow. most sharks are chill. they just have real real nice teeth.
Where it’s the attack?

no. that shark has been fed. it has looking for bits.
now that's what i call a *CUTE* "attack"
I remember diving in Cabo Verde, Cidade Velha, we had 6 peaceful nurse sharks not small so close and swimming by and no problems at all.
Little ocean doggos 🐶
Attacked by people
Nurse sharks are passive unless you mess with them
they can bite
The shark is more than likely looking for food, probably use to being fed by divers.
Awww it’s like a little dog lol probably cause of all the food the divers give
Their divers' licenses should be voided.

Nice job harassing the wildlife
Not sure how that’s harassing wildlife. Nurse sharks often will seek out divers to be pet
This is definitely not harassing the wildlife!! Good grief
