    This technique is definitely difficult for me as well. Although if you continue to do it daily your flexibility will get better and better. It is still very hard to look ahead while putting your chin on the ground. Just do your best and you will get good results.

      I don't understand the posture, it could be better to have differents takes from the camera maybe is a wonderful excercise but it is not clear. Thank you for sharing.

    That DEFINITELY looks like it feels good but I can't even stay on my knees that long 😔

      Frightened of ability to arise if I go on the floor~ to do conditioning & healing work…knees hurt a lot if i put my weight on them on the floor or even my bed! Yikes! 78 yr old lifelong vegetarian/vegan/garden grower in own never poisoned veg+herbs 55yrs- 5’2” weigh 170 morbidly obese last 2 years… very low income Medicaid insurance, lost my innermost connection to wellness during depressive mood loss of faith positivity & balance after our 2 sons, & daughter
      Then house fire & my husband of 40 years death….
      Our Great Creator continually blesses me each day & night with life, breath, mentors, friends, two living sons & their marriage families In distant geographical locals, & delight + determination to be used by Holy Spirit of Life to be of service as much as possible toward our brothers & sisters in our amazing lives on this exquisite earthly journey!

      There are yoga cushion pads for knees or elbows that can help.

    Does this work foe cervical kyphosis? One doctor say its by birth, one say its beacuse of posture. My right shoulder is bit upper side that left. I noticed it in 11th standerd. (2010) My cervical kyphosis was detected in 2019.
    I ingnored exercise and nwck pain moved to hands tingling and numb in 2023. Can this condition be reversed ? Plz guide i am really fade up and going in depression beacuse of pain and i cant do much stuff looking downword. Recently atart doctor adviced exrcise again bit better ........plz guide

      It aligns the neck which reverses the hunchback

    Tried this best I could. pop pop pop pop.... That's what my back had to say. I was in so much pain being stooped over sewing for a whole day. Cannot believe what instant relief I got. Did it again the next day this time I got 3 pops. Still happy🤣

    What's the concern when doing this if you have osteoporosis? Should this be avoided? Kyphosis is real when you have a compression fracture.

    😂 I can either get my hands under my feet or keep my back straight, not both - my arms are too short.
    Grabbing my shins I can get both shoulders to the ground but not my chin - my neck’s too short
    If only I’d taken after my mum, not my grandma 🤷 good exercise though

      Definitely not an easy one. Best if you can bring your head up in front of you but I still cannot do that.

One doc even labled me with KyPhosis!!! 🤗 No way! life- time sloppy habits & fall !     Nice carpet and sofa...it is so satisfying see someone's home/ office/ fridge or grocceries...I wish I could get rid of smart phone...definitely best cure of bad posture...but this moment not possible so these movements and massage is must.
