Easy Vegetable Chow Mein Recipe :: Vegetarian Fried Noodles

I made a healthy and delicious stir-fried noodles with plenty of vegetables.
The ingredients are easy and the way to make it is simple, so give it a try.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[2 servings]
✤ Ingredients
118g Egg noodles
Bell pepper (red, yellow)
Cabbage
Shiitake mushrooms
Half onion
1 Pinch of salt (when stir-frying vegetables)
Spring onion (topping/optional)
✤ Sauce
18g (2.5tbsp) Soy sauce
14g (1tbsp) Oyster sauce (can be replaced with 1.5tbsp soy sauce)
16g (1tbsp) Honey (can be replaced with 0.5tbsp sugar)
14g (2tbsp) Water
7g (1tbsp) Sesame oil
✤ TIP
The total amount of vegetables used is 300g. Since it is tailored to the amount of sauce, if you reduce or increase it, the seasoning may not match.
I used the "Sapoco Egg Noodle" brand.
You can also use the Udon noodles.

Yeah the sesame oil adds a lot of flavour but you can also add sesame seed 😋

에그누들이 없어서 파스타면 썼는데도 영상에 나온대로 기름에 별도로 볶은 후 썼더니 쫄깃하고 좋네요! 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 스리라차와 계란을 추가했는데 너무 좋았어요
고기나 해산물 없이 야채만으로 만든 요리지만 제 입맛에 너무너무 잘 맞을 것 같아요! 제가 야채볶음을 좋아하거든요^^

혹시나 볶음면이 느끼하실 것 같다면 후추가루와 칠리 플레이크 조금 곁들여 드시면 너무 좋아요! 없으시면 굵은 고춧가루 약간으로 대체하세요. 저는 후추랑 부드럽게 매운 맛의 칠리 플레이크를 좋아해서 넣어 먹는데 좋습니닷!
인도에서는 차우멘을 길거리 음식으로도, 레스토랑에서도 팔아요.
스트릿 푸드 차우멘은 보통 너무 짜서 잘 못 먹는데, 만드는 것을 보고 있자면 그 짭조름한 냄새에 입맛 돌아서 먹고 싶어져요. 인도는 특이하게 '하프 플레이트 half plate'만 파는 곳도 많아서 좋아요. 어차피 한 접시는 짜고 많아 다 못 먹으니까요.
기름 넉넉히 넣고 불맛 살린 후 중국의 걸쭉한 장유 넣어 맛내면, 음~ 👍
