Once you've started using an egg slicer you get kind of lazy. I feel almost handicapped when the slicer isn't available. The slices are uneven and the egg sticks to the knife and the yolk crumbles... None of this was much of a problem before the slicer made me expect perfectly sliced eggs.

I own that slicer and I’ve had it for over 3 years now. I slice eggs in half almost daily for my breakfast and on days I don’t, I use it for strawberries to have over my yogurt or oatmeal. I think it's weird you can't use beaten eggs for the Rollie, it'd be great for making omelettes. Just beat the egg, mix in some ingredients and pour it in. Wait a few minutes, out comes a cylindrical omelette.
