Majin and the forbidden kingdom was a game I enjoyed on the 360, but is rarely talked about. It reminded me a bit of Ico. And the Overlord games got a forgotten prequel on the Wii. Smaller in scope, but the same themes.

Hi gebbs I’ve got Nintendo 64 and I have a memory card but it won’t save the game that I’m playing and when I open up the memory card it says game notes with the name of the game I’m playing and the other thing that happens is it wipes my progress while I’m playing the game what could the issue be?

I've played Blood Drive, Ninja Blade, Kengo Zero before on my old Xbox 360. Hated Vampire Rain and Jumper. I've played a little bit of Deadly Premonition and Killer is Dead at a friend's house. Never played Overlord I & II, Eternal Sonata and Ninety Nine Nights but I heard of it. Other Xbox 360 game you should get are: Lollipop Chainsaw Alice Madness Returns Tomb Raider Underworld Bionic Commando Call of Duty 2 & 3 Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 Bullet Witch Max Payne 3 X-Men Origins Wolverine Spec Ops the Line OneChanbara Bikini Samurai Squad
Eternal Sonata looks GORGEOUS! I loved the art style of Dragon Quest 8 and Ni No Kuni and that reminds me of them a lot. may be one i have to check out at some point. A game I SORELY miss on todays Xbox consoles is Marble Blast Ultra. I ADORED that game. One of my all time fave XBLA games.
Could have renamed this episode "Gebs with swords", a lot of hack & slash action going on. Blood Drive does look interesting, sort of Carmageddon meets Destruction Derby. As long as it doesn't have the terrible checkpoints of Carmageddon I might give that a try.
Maybe I'm just a sadist but I always enjoyed Vampire Rain and went in for replays a couple of times after mu initial completion. The game really opens up nicely once you unlock the more powerful weapons in the second half of the run time.
Yeah seriously Gemma, if you've not played Twisted Metal World Tour on the PS1, give it a go. It was definitely the inspiration for Blood Drive. Also Carmageddon!
Some great games on the list, imo tho Kengo Zero should be swapped out for Way Of Samurai 3, an infinitely better game and one of my favourite series of all time

DP2 is really bad. DP1 is flawed but has a ton of heart and the devs obviously did the best they could with a low budget and many issues during development while DP2 has 0 budget and they designed/wrote it to be bad on purpose for _irony_ .
Blood Drive - It seems like the most obvious comparison would be the Twisted Metal series, with a little of Carmageddon thrown in. Ninja Blade - It looked good until you said it had loads of quicktime events. I absolute f***ing HATE that s*** with a burning passion!!! Why the hell would anyone enjoy playing a game that treats you like a trained monkey being told what button to press? Imagine if you had someone standing behind you saying "Press X! Press A! Press B!" How long would it be before you screamed "SHUT UP!" at them? But yet when a game does it, people just shrug and accept it. Quicktime events are the developer literally telling you that they think you're too stupid to play the game, so they're going to tell you what to do. Just like all game developers today think people are too stupid to remember the controls, which is why every game today is stuck in permanent tutorial mode, prompting you for what button to press every single step of the way. Sadly this garbage has infected almost every single game today. :(
This is funny jkkk I'm playing Blood Driver now, and I will make 1000G on it, is very cool. I make 1000G in Killer is Dead too, completely crazy. Ninja Blade I don't like so much because de excess of interruption in action scene to press a button, "quick time events". I make 1000G in N3 too and N3 2.

I've got Deadley Premonition on the switch which I haven't played yet.
Loved the F.E.A.R games, wish they'd remaster them for the newer consoles.

Acania 4 Gothic is like a lower budget skyrim but I found really fun once you get into it. One of my favorites
