What a beautiful place! Love those little cascades along Falling Run. The problem with opening up private land to the public would be the inevitable trashing of it. You showed that at the trail head picnic table where someone left poo paper there. A lot of people seem to have no respect for nature or public places. Sad commentary on our society.
Wouldn't that be a great area for a child to grow up. I grew up near a woods with a small stream, but nothing like that. Thanks Cliff.

When you cross that bridge you can go left because the other side is Park property. There is a wooden platform so you can view the waterfall. You missed it!!😆

Wow....been past signs for that park but never went in. It is beautiful. That trail and cascades were awesome. Maybe bring your kayak next time you come. Only sorry theres no campground. Be safe ❤❤❤❤

The Lake is from a dam on one of the creek rivers in the region. The water filled in banks of the natural waterway.

You want it to be open for people to trash, like they did at the picnic table? And PRIVATE PROPERTY is one of our fundamental rights that often get swept aside for things like these parks! Please think of what you are saying, from a fellow Pennsylvanian. And look at William Penn...Pennsylvania wouldn't exist like it does without private property.

this park.....this is one of my NEW favorite parks i have seen your show. I will have to remember this park.
MKG State Park, or at least the area near there, is home to an Observatory for Grove City College.

There is a law but not here in the United States because they don't want to enforce it in any way shape or form it's called the free roaming act
you know how crazy some people are today for wanting to sue for every little thing to make a buck. so land owners could have it open for viewing with signs posted "enter at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any accidents you may have."
