After just completing a 5 day water fast. I think I’m ready to do OMAD 24h fasts with rolling 48’s in line with the Wed/Fri Church fasts. (Eat 6pm Tuesday and fast til 6pm Thursday then fast again til 6pm Saturday, therefore total fast Wed/Fri like the early Church)
@@slimelove3493 No the body is screaming for a break🧘🏼♀️but its really hard on the mind/ego the first 3 days of fasting. After 36 hrs with only water, the tummy shrinks and the body is producing your very own stemcells🤩
For me 5pm works. Sometimes when I start eating I can't stop, so it's better I start late.

I have been trying to add lunch in some days but it makes me tired... going back to OMAD most days
I use chopsticks to eat just about anything at home - slows me down. My chopstick skills are good as I am chinese but still....
ADF has hands down been the most effective way to lose weight for me🤗

I will also add that it’s helped me tremendously with overcoming eating disorders👌

One meal a week would loose alot of weight...but i can't seem to stick to it
