@@CosmicWheat btw what kind of sticker did you use? is it glossy type or plain paper type?... because i used plain paper type and it might be the cause of bubbles
How thick were the laminating sheets you bought? Where did you buy them? I asked around, and people have no idea that laminating sheets could come in matte.
It doesn't. Tablet pressure sensitivity is on the pen itself but I think it depends on your tablet. On my tablet, yeah I can still draw and edit on it without any problems.
thank u sm for this tutorial! made my very first tablet cover w/ this video. awesome vid!
Glad I helped, enjoy!! < 3
You should have made the video 10 seconds longer
5:00 how did you cut out the buttons
I measured it and also accounted for the space for the button will move when pressed
@@CosmicWheat using like a wallpaper knife?
@@TheDrghu
Just a heavy duty cutter will do.
mine has some time bubbles which makes it a bit rough but it works really fine... thanks for the tutorial
@@itsdev511 Im glad I helped you out!
@@CosmicWheat u got my sub!
@@CosmicWheat btw what kind of sticker did you use? is it glossy type or plain paper type?... because i used plain paper type and it might be the cause of bubbles
@@itsdev511 I used a matte inkjet paper on mine.
@@CosmicWheat tnx

My laminating sheets were 1 mm thick
I bought them to a school supply zone near me.
You could also buy them online, cold laminate will do.
Should I print the picture first before laminating the sticker paper? or something else
Yes, you should print the picture first before you apply lamination.
you print it as a sticker right? not the regular paper?
Yup, you print it as a sticker.
@@CosmicWheat cool can you do it with a regular printer?
It depends on your sticker paper, i.e printer is inkjet.
i dont have a laminating sheet what should i do?
If you don't have a laminating sheet, you can use any clear tape, although it won't look as good as using a laminating sheet.
Did you use any glue to stick it? How did you do it?
Never use any type of glue.
I only used an inkjet friendly sticker paper for it.
@user-xo3xq1hq9l I'm afraid no other paper works.
@user-xo3xq1hq9l Im not sure, but I hope they do have the necessary materials to make one.
hola alguien me traduce loa materiales porfa? gracias
does the cover affects the pressure and drawing and stuff?
It doesn't. Tablet pressure sensitivity is on the pen itself but I think it depends on your tablet. On my tablet, yeah I can still draw and edit on it without any problems.
If I laminate it with the vinyl sticker, the back side will not affect it or no?
Just make sure to laminate 1 side only.
@@CosmicWheat how? with the laminating machine it heat up both side right?
@@cofycatlmao3472 You can rip the laminating sheet into 2 pieces
@@CosmicWheat Well yeah that is one thing but laminating 1 side with laminating machine? Is that possible?
I believe so, you can do trials if you're not sure about it since me, myself don't have my own laminating machine.@@cofycatlmao3472
yo i have a question, how would i remove the cover if i wanted to. Like would the sticky paper make some markings on the original tablet ?
Heat the thing a bit, if its fine for you, then proceed using alcohol and some paper towels to remove the residue
@@CosmicWheat i understand the alcohol bit to remove the residue. but how would i heat it ? like with a hairdryer or summin. thx for ur help anyways.
@@TastyChickenHam A hairdryer will do.
@@TastyChickenHam Also, if you use hand sanitizer, you can remove the residue more easily!
It’s been a year, did you manage to get it off
Can I just use the sticky paper
Absolutely yes! Although you might ruin it when you play because of sweating, so I'd recommend to really laminate it first. : )
@@CosmicWheat what the size for ctl 472 and huion 420
@@YanoAU Just use a ruler (cm or inch, depends on what you like. or search it) and list it down for the editing application you're going to use.
i tired but its small
how did u cut the up part (buttons)
I've had to manually measure them, then used a cutter to cut it.
