The glass slipper and make up brushes are so beautiful and the dress looked so cute on you. I’d be careful with what you get cheaper on Amazon, just because it may be someone ripping off an indie brand. I saw something about this on the Beautiful & Bothered podcast by Johnny & Kevin, which I never knew before
Amazon isn't the only place to carry knock-offs either. So it's always important to double check descriptions, reviews and just doing general research.

Reverse image search products that look too good to be true! You can usually find the original product/creator from there
But sometimes Etsy also sell amazon items with much higher price because they claim to be small business. Just saying tho, research is so important 😅

Oh, that dress!! It's just like something I've been wanting for a long time, although I'd be totally fine if the flowers and leaves, etc., were just printed on. The phone cover from the start is also adorable, although I wonder how well it'd fit into a purse's pocket. Still, like you said, if you're stressed or what have you, you have a built in stress reliever. :D

Heya Hope!! Some clothing will have a bad smell when they ship from places like China for example, because they treat the fabric with formaldehyde during the manufacturing process to keep things like mold and fungus from growing if the garment gets wet or is stored in a humid environment prior to shipping. Either hang them to air out for a day or two or better yet wash it if possible!

The Spectrum brand is from my hometown Barry, Wales. They started the brand in their garage, as a town we're super proud, haha! Plus they treat us with the best warehouse sales, always sort out my nieces and daughter's Christmas prezzies 😂👍🏻 got the most gorgeous Ariel set that I can't bear to use or part with as it's so cute 🙈😂 xxx

As a professional MUA, I was shocked by the quality of the Spectrum brushes. I have many sets that’ve held up incredibly well, despite getting battered with use.
I’d put them up there with MAC and other higher priced brushes and can’t recommend them enough. These and Zoeva are the two brands that I’d recommend.

I just started watching Hope one day and now I'm hooked, I don't even remember the first specific video I watched of hers because I went back to watch a lot of her old ones as well. Love how nice Hope is while reviewing in general because I could never. Also because of Hope's pink aesthetic I finally bought a pink phone case and wallet (baby steps), I've always kind of stayed away from that colour but seeing Hope look so lovely in pink has made me start loving the colour.

I have one of the squishy lamps but it’s a hippo. I absolutely love it! It’s perfect for me and my sister because she is afraid of the dark and having a cute little light up hippo really helps her. I thought that the Cinderella shoe one was sooo cool! I would love to have that!
