I cried and sobbed for the whole of this lesson. I’ll have to come back and try again. I’m so broken I can’t believe it. Than you to this channel.

Oh my heart feels for you. Crying and sobbing is a good release, it's all part of the meditation... each tear is a step closer to healing. It sounds like this meditation is good to keep doing, cry as much as you need to.
Sending you love and healing prayers ❤ xxx

Everytime I go to bed at night, the fear of death pops up in my mind and I can't get rid of it. I keep trying to think of something else before going to sleep and I realize the fear of death is the reason I can't fall asleep at night. Everytime this happens, I should do a meditation practice. Thank you for everything, Declutter!

You are not alone by having a fear of death. You show great courage by living your life with it.

It's strange. I still feel the mental agony and my heart is tight from the anxiety, yet my body is also feeling rested and calmer after this. It was interesting and helpful to sense the sensations and also to have the benefit of focusing on the breath and realizing that my mind is really doing some gymnastics, so of course my body would be reacting to that, almost on autopilot.

So, I live in the southern district of Israel, that's the part closer to the Gaza Strip. We're now going through quite tense days. Missiles, rockets, alarms. This is not new to me, I've experienced this many times, it's just that I'm getting married in 3 weeks and all of a sudden this feels different. I am no longer living only for myself. I'm in the process of becoming a family. Earlier there was an alarm and I ran to the secured room, but my fiance was driving 😔 He had to get out of the car and run to some random building. And the explosion was awful, it sounded so close. I'm acting as though everything is cool but inside I am scared. I am scared of parenthood. I'm scared of raising children that'll have to go to the army, I am scared of getting attached. I have catastrophic thoughts of what might happen in the future.. I will listen to this. I don't even know how the algorithm picked this one for me, but it feels like divine intervention really
