    I would like to mention an insight I experienced that might be useful for other people who use this meditation. The insight is that anxiety is only in the mind and we can suffer anxiety in the body when there is really no anxiety that we face. (Except when danger is really present).

      It's not for sobriety. You need rehab or a 12 step program for that.
