- Adam Grant is a tenured Wharton management professor (PhD, University of Michigan; BA, Harvard University). He has received several dozen prestigious teaching excellence and distinguished scholarly contribution awards, studied organizations such as Google, Teach For America, and the U.S. Air Force; and was an All-American diver, advertising director, and magician.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
I have fallen in love with Adam's passion for organizational change! Incredible!
Interesting research and summary of it from Adam Grant. I wish the title better reflected the content a bit better--I think more people would have seen this TEDx talk in such a world.

Wow. I was searching for why to always wear a suit and this video ended up being not about suits or suits and psychology at all expect for the last sentence...... the title should be how to raise funds for universities..
