Delicious rolls made according to a special recipe. I don't buy bread anymore! Rolls without any effort! New perfect rolls in 10 minutes. Anyone can repeat it. Simple and very tasty! Incredibly fluffy, they are so delicious that I make them at least 5 times a week. Well, how delicious, everyone admires it when they try this recipe! Ingredients and recipe:
Warm water 120 ml
Warm milk 120 ml
Yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
Sugar 3 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp.
Egg 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 60 ml (4 tbsp)
1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Flour 500-550 g (add in parts)
2. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
3. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Cover with a towel and leave for 45-50 minutes
7. Dough weight 850 g.
8. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts
9. Roll them into a ball and place them on baking paper
10. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
11. For the filling I used grated apples with cinnamon and lemon juice, and flaked almonds
12. And this trick is incredible!
13. Place the dough ball in a sieve and press lightly with your hands.
14. Roll out with a rolling pin
15. Spread the apple filling and flaked almonds on top
16. Seal the edges all around so that the filling stays inside
17. Roll out the flatbread a little with a rolling pin
18. Turn the strainer over and press down
19. Sprinkle cocoa on top and remove sieve
20. It turns out a very beautiful dot pattern.
21. Place on baking paper
22. It can be made even easier
23. Using your hands, form a small circle of dough on a board or table.
24. Place the filling and seal the edges all around
25. Roll out with a rolling pin and press down with a sieve.
26. Sprinkle cocoa on top and remove sieve
27. How beautiful they have become!
28. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20-25 minutes

Hello, I am from Ireland 🇮🇪. I have made a batch of these for my family and they were delicious. I didn't have any cocoa so I added some cinnamon to the apples, then brushed a sugar syrup glaze over the top near the end of baking them. I also made them a little smaller than your.
