Domino row building machine with fischertechnik (à la Matthias Wandel)

This remote controlled fischertechnik vehicle builds domino rows, see ft:pedia 1/2018: ftcommunity.de/ftpedia_ausgab...

The vehicle is a modern form of an ancient hodometer If one considers the dominos as milestones. With each tree dominos the vehicle has moved 10 cm ahead. The spiral at the end of the movie consists of 250 dominos. Hence, it is a bit longer than 8 m.
The technique for building the rows is inspired by Matthias Wandels videos:

Because of its open structure the vehicle is an ideal tool to raise young children's interest for topics like gears, steering, circuits, remote controls, etc.
